- This is an older, well kept hotel with a cozy, family atmosphere. It was the staff that impressed me the most, as everyone was cordial and accommodating, making one feel like family. The room was clean, bed was comfortable,, even the shower felt good!
- Historic charm, AMAZING breakfast, comfortable and quiet room, friendly staff and attendants.
- The staff were very friendly and if I wanted to go downstairs to hang out I could do so in peace and quiet.
Cons -
- Parking lot was full when I got home late, meaning street parking was necessary. But the area is safe, residential and no issues.
- I wish we could have used the veranda and rocking chairs in the morning prior to check out. The space was only open after 11am.
- Slight smell in the lobby/stairs area. Kinda like wet carpet.
