The morning shift person was sleeping at 7:am His attitude was very bad. Even, they don't know how to deal with international customers.

Terrible and dirty.... No facility and over charge rm 10 in and out for customer. No water ? provide I think it's just the first time and the last last time to be there ?

I tried looking for room pictures online and ask the staff thru whatsapp is that how the room look? They asked me to pay immediately to prepare the room. Upon arrival, the room look absolutely different and smaller! Room is smelly, bed sheet is dirty, the door is hard to open without staff assistance and the hallway is really dark coz they did not maintain the light. No toiletries provided, no kettle/mug/instant drink but u can ask for hot water from the receptionist. No hairdryer in the room. No words to describe the blanket because it's atrocious. The tnb was doing work and the hotel went blackout during my third night. On the fourth night, tnb said the blackout will last to 5am so i decided to checkout and the staff won't refund. The room is small with no window. Staying in while there's no electricity is unacceptable!
