No cockroach, simple and clean. free car park.

Please do improvement on free water supply, maybe 2 bottles, change the free coffee package to another brand.

Check in was convenient even though near midnight. What we got is proportionate to the price paid, couldn't expect too much.

Room is not sound proof, can clearly hear all the talking and walking outside. Bathroom was small, shampoo finished no refill.

Room and bathroom were clean; parking was free; staff were friendly and accommodating; there was ample artificial lighting in the room

No hair dryer in the room; Keycard lock was out of batteries when I arrived and hotel staff had to help charge the lock to let me in; room has no window

Price wise it’s reasonable and location is ok. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel except only 2 lots are free, rest of the lots pay by hours.

Lacking maintenance eg rubber lining fell off as soon as I used the toilet. Water tap leaking & bathroom floor & towel mat all wet potential health hazards 2 pkts of 3 in 1 coffee only, for those who don’t take creamer nothing else available. Bed linens didn’t appear fresh (?) with stains on one of the pillow cover.

Smelt and felt clean.

The room was quite spacious, everything is clean. Need to get hairdryer from the counter. Otherwise everything is ok

Old design, makes the toilet looks dirty. And one of the night there's a guy laughing in corridor in morning 5-6am, last for 10++min.

The windows were a bit dirty

The room was clean however we could hear the noise coming from the next door, so was hoping for better sound proof from the room.

Noise from the next room, the guest turn on the tv volume very loud during midnight which cause us couldn't sleep well.

My smart TV sound was very soft and could not be adjusted. No response to fix the issue asap. The shower was pointing at the toilet seat. It could have been pointed at a wall.

The place is quite scary if you are travel alone. Please dont walk outsite. The toilet not clean. And the bed makes a sound. Please change your bed. And update your facilities. Dont use your old picture.

cleanliness can be improved

Comfortable and cozy stay with completed facilities provided. Very convenient to travel around KL city cause MRT Station just nearby and connectable with main roads. Variety food stall with very reasonable price. Parking place is enough and safe.

Front desk staff a bit impatient to explain guest's questions.

Looks well maintained and the lobby is fragrant and comfy. Bed is comfy too.

Room is a bit narrow. Noise isolation is super bad you can hear the snoring and conversation of next room.

Please don't stay here

Room was full of dust at the corners, super small space, hardly able to walk around the room. Bad lighting, very dim lights.Toilet was horrible, fungus on the floor, literally seemed like no one cleaned our room thoroughly before we got it. Worst experience.

The cleanliness of the rooms were really good in comparison with other hotels in the vicinity. One of the things i regularly do before staying in a room is check the aircond filters as we are sensitive to dusty air. The aircond filters in our room were clean :D

Only complain that we really had was the pillows were pretty flat. A fluffier more full pillow would have made the sleep alot better for us.

Easy for me to meet my friend staying around USJ. Quite affordable. Late check-out at 12pm. Some nice Christmas decorations at the lobby.

Door is a bit “porous”, can hear clearly the conversations and noise along the corridor. Exhaust fan is not working well in the toilet.
