Easy check in, room clean, spacious & breakfast spread is good

I need to pay for parking RM5 per exit. If I go in & out 3 times per day, I need to pay RM15. I am a hotel guest & I am paying RM560++ per day. Hotel mgmt should consider providing parking free of charge.

Vegetarian food options are not great at all. Especially since we only arrived at 2am and checked out at 11am. It was too ex for that short a stay. And no options of pillows considering the rates.

The location was good. Excellent actually the Sala bar on the 33rd floor was lovely.Really nice rooms n washroom

What I didn’t like about the property is not much actually but if I want to see them breakfast coffee, let it be fresh brewed coffee not the machine coffee please

The in-room coffee could be better because im not a fan of drip coffee and the mugs didn't fit

The hotel is very clean and spacious.Staff is excellent The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of options and many live stations

There aren't any resyurrants nearby in walking distance

Premium and clean room..

- cofee shop like more to restaurant because imlek - we can hear clearly the train and traffic go inside the room at 12 floor - annoying sound for sleeping- the mall just beside the hotel is empty, only 1 grocery store - gym is small, looks like more using spare space rather than dedicated room

The room had one window which was looking directly onto another wall so absolutely no view whatsoever. This was dreadful considering the price paid for the room

The room was very nice alongwith the bathroom facilities and toiletries. Ample charging points for all gadgets. WiFi was very smooth.

Considering increasing Indian travellers, there should be an Indian chef to provide Indian options especially vegetarian options (including bakery to become eggless for breads, croissants, etc)

U do receive quite a number of Indians staying at the hotel. The food choices can include dishes to accommodate them. This will also promote our nation being a multirace for those tourists. Even your television programs dont make us feel welcomed. Plus, you should have flexible check in n out times. I had to pay 450 for my stay but only spent for approx. 6hrs as my meeting scheduled were changed last minute and the hotel didnt support a change of date request, despite the booking platform offered a change.

The room was comfy and clean. The bar was just nice for a chill evening hangout — i enjoyed my stay.

I was hoping for more food selection, particularly the desserts. Otherwise, they’re fine.

I only like the cleanliness and the ambience

I didn't like the poor knowledge of the staff and no hot water for shower, I made a complain and told them that they can send the plumber, but no response from the staff and I got fed up just left it.

The rooms were clean and the beds were big and comfy. The bathrooms were clean as well. The parking was complimentary. The dinner was good with a lot of variety to choose from but no fresh juices and the water was so warm.

The breakfast was very poor, extremely low quality food, the juices were not fresh (actually disgusting). The bakery was so bad like the butter was wrong, the coffee was very sour and bitter and there was only Soya milk (no oat, no coconut milk or almond milk). The breakfast was definitely not even 3 stars and I am so disappointed as this is a Sheraton hotel. We went out to take breakfast somewhere else, what a waste of money.
