I booked online, but when I arrived at the counter to check in, there was no staff present. There was no memo or notice, and even after calling several times, no one responded. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, a staff member (men) finally came.When I wanted to make payment, the booking price was supposed to be RM60, but the staff charged me RM83. When I asked why the price was different from the booking system, I was told it did not include other charges. I frequently book online, and before this, I never experienced any price difference with Booking.com.When I entered the room, the air conditioner could not be adjusted, the bed was dirty,have a stain and the towel had a bad smell. Thankfully, I requested a change and a staff member sent a replacement.Overall, the RM83 I paid was not worth the experience, and i wont came again.

First of all, the price was not as advertised. I was told the added price when im arrived. Then, the room ! Gosh I cant even imagine how big of a different the actual room was than the picture in the app. And the smell !! Like it was being left for a looong time ! I even had to sprayed my perfume. I at least expected that the bed and the comforter will be clean AT LEAST ! Well guess what ?! Its not ! It had so many dirty spots ! I swear this will be the first and the last time im staying here!

The hotel is near the BRT station and grocery shop like 24 hours KK mart and 99 speed mart and also food court

Booked for family room but not available when I check in. Pillow case, towel, plastic cup very dirty. I took photo of it.

Staff very helpful and friendly.

The room door spoilt, access card cannot be used. Troublesome using the room key given by the hotel staff. Only 1 switch socket and it was not function very well.

Aircond unit to replaced or service... cannot control the temperature

The location is great. The room has an acceptable space size.

Noisy. The room is at the back of the building. Some noises from air conditioner fans or exhaust or something like that making so much noise. Wifi was alsp slow.

Quite safe cause you need to ring the bell before going in at the entrance

The room’s door is cannot be fully closed and anyone can just wreck it anytime, also the room is not soundproof haha

Read some bad reviews but luckily ours are fine enough. All goes smooth. Even they take half of deposit because we had short of cash. Would repeat again in future

Didn't find any iron tools anywhere, we didn't ask also as we are in hurry and looking in last minute.

Wifi is not working, room is full of bugs, smoking in the property is also allowed that I did warn but the reception insisted that not thing happened

Location is good & strategic..easy to find halal food stall & supermarket..fair price & room is clean and comfortable..
