Bright Boutique Hotel Kelana Jaya

Price was good, location was good, cleanliness of hotel was good.

The room I was staying in was placed right beside the air con compressors, when the compressors activate, it is quite noisy but I could get sleep. Sound proofing is not very good, you can hear neighbouring rooms quite easily.

This location is suggested of a friend of my sister its close to her house.

When we arrive smells cigarettes but that room we request non smoking. My two sisters is allergy withe cigarettes.

Location near to my Son College and also near to Restaurant and shopping mall..Room is clean and Aircond just nice ..

Room don't have a plug point near to Bed or Coffee Table...Difficult to boil water... plug point was in the Closet...

The things in the bathroom spoilt but not repaired. No extra pillow, no twin beds available, staffs are not friendly

-Space is very cramped up-Not what it shows on pics-Toilet door couldn't lock

The cleanliness is very good and the cafe has many food and mainly they have bar ? but I didn't have time to go to the bar

There was no line in my room and it was very hard to stay in the bedroom and the TV didn't work. It's not worth it for RM 70 for the room no cattle for cook water no line really im fed up with the hotel management how they run this kind of hotels. I have been to other hotels too but they are not like this kind of problem. I'm really sad to stay here. But I didn't complain at the reception because I really want to write down here so next time the customer will know to choose the best hotel but not this. ??My rm 70 wasted by booking this room. If I take another hotel also I think I won't face this kind of problem there.

the wall is actually fiber board so when the next room decide to on the tv till morning, you will need to listen to that crap also.

The room toilet is super clean and aircond working well

the room is a bit small even for two people but value for the pricethere's a hole on bathroom doorthere's no bathroom foot mat so I have to bought it on my ownfor single or traveler this room is worth your moneybut for family with a children please consider before you booked. so far i'm having a nice stay for two days but not gonna do it for second time ???

The electricity suddenly turned off.. and the increased price of the application took me 95 ringgit instead of 64
