The room is comfortable and clean. closer to many restaurants, BRT, and a Train station. other places that we want to go. No breakfast. Closer to the main universities, as public transport is available.

No place to keep the bags, the table is not enough to do work on the laptop while having an electric kettle, 3 tea cups other necessities, such as water, etc., no fridge, so food is all outside. The bathroom drying or for wet clothes hooks or a bar facility is not enough. especially when there are three people. We had to hang on the doors, including the main door, the room cupboard door.

1. No dressing mirror in the room.2. No reserved parking for customer convince 3. Water kept in small jar instead of providing mineral water

The digital lock on the hotel room door is not functioning properly. Alarmingly, the door can be opened from the outside without requiring an access card, which raises serious security concerns. I strongly urge the management to inspect and rectify this issue immediately to ensure guest safety and privacy.

Parking area bit dark

The room is very clean with all the facilities that you need for a short term stay. The water pressure is big and heater was working fine. Bed is comfortable and aircon is cold enough. Love that it comes with a classic cartoon channel on TV! Will definitely come back next time!

Need to find a way to improve on soundproofing, may hear people talking from the next room. Bear in mind to pay for parking during weekdays from 9am to 6pm. Also, if add another power socket beside the toilet mirror would be perfect for those who want to do their hair.

I respect people who work in hospitality. It’s a hard work. But I have to rate this hotel the lowest.

There are more things to say about my stay. 1. I was bit by bedbugs for a week. After couple days, i started wearing thick layer of pants to protect from the bedbugs. Now i am wondering why i havent thought of raising a concern at the moment. I was very busy with a school program and out of the hotel between 8AM and 11PM. Having a great stay was not my main concern. I just wanted to be close to school. 2. Because of my busy schedule, i got confused my check out date was Friday which it was on Thursday. When i got to the hotel @11:45PM after long day of studying. The receptionist told me that i needed to pay for the room to get in. First, i thought it was my fault and asked him to pay the minimum rate that was offered at the booking.com. Receptionist refused and wanted me to pay full price which was much higher than the booking.com. I didnt want to pay more than what i have already paid for daily price. I have never run to a hotel who hasn’t reminded my check out time in the morning or through the text/email/whatsapp before checkout time to prevent overstay. I received nothing. And the receptionist asking me to pay more after the checkout felt like a scam. 3. In Asia, usually hotels can agree on terms especially for the guests staying longer. This was not the case for this hotel. I called Booking for both reasons and they talked with the hotel. But still i paid the room price to sleep for the night. It was 2AM when i slept. I had exam in the morning and definitely couldn’t think properly. The bedbug bites gotten worse and i am gonna file a complaint.

Parking in front of the hotel (public parking), 1 king bed & 1 single bed (comfortable enough for us 2 adult 2 children age 2y & 7y.

I forgot to request room facing the main road. My fault btw. ☹️

Will definitely go for many more stays!Location,staff,room,cleaners overall good and peaceful place for a stay!

Comfy and filtered water

The hair conditioner, shampoo and shower cream are all the same.

I liked the location and the staff were very helpful.

The lift should be more brighten up and have a strong unpleasant smell.

Staff is good but didn’t know about parking… cause when we ask about parking the staff said he dont know about the parking just scan some qr there… we book a room said city view but they dont have city view room… so far thats all… the room is fine for price

Overall, we were very satisfied with the room, plus the added amenities in the room and how clean it was. Even the bathroom was clean and maintained well. Plus the check in/out process was very smooth. Thank you so much. And we truly hope that your management will be able to maintain it. Definitely will be booking at the property next time!

Good location, easy check in and good hospitality

the room was too small and not soundproof. So we could hear noises from other rooms. The aircon wasn't functioning well as we tried to adjust the temperature but it was still the same, didn't get cold at all. Initially wanted to ask for a room change due to that but since we checked out early the next morning, we just managed it.

Water Heater room 301 , room 304 is spoiled. only very cold and very hot. can't change it to suitable temperature.

I thought deluxe queen might be a bigger room unfortunately its just a standard normal roomIn picture it looks wide actually a little of dispaointments otherwise all ok
