Location was great for our needs.

Parking was hit or miss only because of long w'end.

The apartments are affordable (within the government cap), well designed and clean. Good showerhead. Like the layout.

Two individual seats in the lounge room is a weird choice and not as comfortable as the couch I have had when staying before

I had the best breakfast.

The shower leaked all over the floor. I do not want to scan codes etc to watch TV!Your underground park is a nightmare!! To get out of the garage a resident had to help me as there is no exit signs.

Rooms were clean

The beds were not large for a family and no option of 2 beds in the room

Clean, and staff was very helpful.

Kitchen was closed and parking was very limited. Facility such as pool and gym closed early.

This is a wonderful hotel and would highly recommend to anyone with a family planning to stay in Canberra. Accommodation is new, modern and clean. Front desk service exceptional

Car park was a little hard to navigate, especially when tring to leave. Noting this does not take away from the stay

Great location, nice and clean apartment, firm bed, dog friendly apartment. Staff were so friendly.

It wasn't clean, at first it seemed to be clean, but when going deeper not clean, the rest was good.

We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. There was also a good selection at the reception area for drinks and snacks and even ice creams. Dinner was good in the restaurant as well.

Breakfast was good.I was disappointed that we didnt get to use the spa or sauna etc as there was a group already there.

Great location , easy to find places to eat , nice quiet streets and room was comfortable with the added bonus of a kitchenette.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for your warm hospitality. I would especially like to commend the staff member who welcomed us during the night (I believe he was of Indian nationality). Furthermore, I would like to acknowledge the entire reception team for being extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. This has truly been the best hotel experience among all of our bookings.

I like the location, accessible to the supermarket, convenience store, restau, and cafe.

The 2 girl receptionists when I checked last 16/09/25 between 8-9 pm were not very approachable and when I told them that the doors were not automatically opening, they looked at me in a judgmental way and reasoned like it's my fault that it wasnt opening.

It was a specious and comfprtable appartment for two. Leaving room and kitchen was separate from the bedroom. A huge balcony was there. The appartment was equipted with all we needed. The internet was very good. The cover parking for $15 in addition was provided. We really loved everything.

All good. For our taste the bed was too soft, but it depend of people preferences. Some people love soft beds.
