The bathrooms were somewhat strange set ups. No privacy.

It was near the airport. Location was great. Modern and chic decor. Very clean. Rooftop restaurant and cafe and bar were onsite. Room service was available. And a discount was given to guests who dined at hotel. The staff was beyond helpful providing a room on arrival on a last minute booking. We did utilize room service. The food was amazing, presentation was beautiful.

My only suggestion would be to secure the safes provided in the room. It was definitely a good size but was not bolted down or secured.

Reasonably close to the airport. Very close to the beach. My room was lovely — attractive, good! amenities, nice shower/bathroom. I thought the room design was clever - glass walls (with privacy film) to the bathroom to keep the room feeling bright, airy, larger, plus an additional curtain to draw across for additional privacy. Well done! Bathroom had nice finishes. Comfortable chair in the bedroom area. Door to small balcony that opened for fresh air, plus small table and chairs on the balcony. Comfortable bed + linens. The 3 Reception staff I interacted with were all personable AND over and above helpful to me. On-site restaurant was very convenient. Also several restaurants located nearby.

The location is terrific and the hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. The proximity to the water is fabulous.

We had no complaints.

Very quiet and peaceful spot right in front of the water. We had lots of help From the employees on figuring out tours and good travel destinations. They helped us with our transportation such as getting ferry tickets and calling taxis. The most kind workers and service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The food and restaurant was also some of the best we have ever had.

Please check Google Maps if you really want to know what’s the location like. On the pictures they hide all the ugly surrounding buildings. The rooms had a lot of weird features.Our AC was not working properly and the side street was so noisy at night so we couldn’t sleep.

Close to the airport and very clean

They did not provide shampoo or conditioner or bottled water. We were also told that breakfast was included only later to be told no.

Initial reception was less than welcoming.

It was by the beach and very walkable to good restaurants.

Traffic/ tourist were a little noisy around 9-10 but they cleared out before it was too late.

I loved the staff! They were the most attentive, friendly, helpful I have experienced..and we travel a great deal!

The room had a wonderful view! The bed coverings were lovely. The balcony a delight! My only wish was that the room provided more space!

Great location.

Looks like they just remodeled the hotel but failed to have any electric plug on the wall where the desk and area for the coffee maker. Contractor of the job should be called back to correct this problem. They also place the bed too close to the patio door, they had room to move it at least 18 inches away from the door so you could get to the patio easier. No nite lightin the bathroom, with glass walls and doors this is a danger. Who ever designed the room should be fired!!!!!

Everything!! Each of the staff members is simply charming, pleasant, kind and professional. Every question or request is answered with a smile and patience.One night I wanted to buy something to eat and everything was already closed, it was really late. The receptionist asked me to wait a few minutes and just went into the kitchen to make me a sandwich!! This is really not something that is taken for granted, and I must say that the entire staff at this hotel gives this warm feeling! The hotel itself is beautiful. It feels like a quiet boutique hotel with a warm atmosphere. Its location is simply excellent. Right in the city center, first line to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and cafes right below the hotel. Opposite the hotel there is a pharmacy, a kiosk that is open until 2 am. The rooms are very clean quiet, the bed is very comfortable and the room is modern and tastefully decorated. . The sunrises that can be seen from the balcony are simply unbelievble. I have no doubt I will come back here again!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful restairant on the sea with beautiful views

Great hotel by the beach and within 12 minutes taxi drive from the airport.We stayed for one night on a layover and this hotel was a perfect place and I would probably stay for longer. They made us breakfast early and it was really good and delicious. Also arranged for a taxi back to the airport at half the price we paid to get there from the airport (airport taxi charge us $50 and the return was $25) Basic,clean with great views and beautiful sunrise.

Hotel is located on a busy road intersection.There was noise coming from the main road and from a group of people who were standing outside all night until 3am making noise and spinning their wheels making sleeping impossible.Not the hotels fault but shame this can happen without anything that can be done to stop it.

There is a big issue with the bathroom, shower badly built, the whole bathroom get full of water, very slippery . And dangerous.

As AC is central , there wasn't an option to turn it on , we had to leave the balcony door open , noise from street was awful

Handy for an overnight stay near the airport.

The breakfast service was incredibly slow. 45 mins. Make sure you allow enough time.
