- It is very frustrating to see hotels fail to recycle or even provide recycling options. The breakfast service was delicious but is an environmental nightmare. Plastics etc just into garbage. Not even recycle bins in the rooms.
- Front desk staff at check-in were not very professional. The man being trained was not friendly at all and the woman training him accepted a personal phone call while we were there and remained on that call the whole time discussing personal issues.

Room refrigerator did not work very well. Ice machine did not work. Hotel trash in lobby and outside overflowing. Disappointed.

Our friends live about 30 minutes away because there were no closer hotels. Other than location for us everything was great... clean modern, nice staff and good breakfast.
clean, private, quiet. It had things that made my stay comfortable. There was enough towels,tv,microwave ect. The bed was very comfortable.

THE HOT PART OF THE BREAKFAST WAS BLAND AND DISAPPOINTING...HAVE YOU TRIED THAT SAUSAGE? YUCK TOWELS AT POOLSIDE WERE THIN AND SMALL
