No breakfast. Smelled a little of cigarette smoke

The Cafe is closed and inoperable. It can still be used for study or for a small meeting room. However there is no Hot Coffee for sale.

The Shower curtain had mold on it. It could have been cleaner.

The staff was helpful and fixed problems. They were available for questions. The location of hotel was convenient for food and the train station.

There was no breakfast but you had access to facility to make your own food. The staff was good but my room was not clean. It was dusty and the bathroom door had dirty smudges, my pillow cover had some kind of stain on it. The shower curtain bottom edge was discolored and had a small amount of mold. The staff replaced my shower curtain and my pillow cover. I had a new shower curtain. If the room was cleaner, it would have been a very good place to stay.

The room was nice, clean, and well-equipped. The personnel was helpful and fluent in English speaking. The location was quite nice, not far from the train stations, some convenience stores, and restaurants in a 10-minute walk radius. I liked this place.

One could say, that the slippers may be too small for a man 6 feet tall. There is a kettle in the room, but the tea bag wasn't provided, as well as a mug. One can use a glass (stored in a fridge), but it can be somehow not quite convenient.

The position is convenient, close to konbini and some restaurants.

Staff not really friendly.Room was quite sad, a little dirty, and bathroom was very small.The main problem were some guests in the adjacent rooms that were really noisy in the early morning and late night. Always shouting in the hallway and knocking on each other's doors. They were non-japanese employees of a big company in town (you can guess) that probably chose this hotel for its low prices, but they didn't really care about other guests. I wouldn't choose this hotel again since I guess the same problem would occur again.

Stayed here for Rally Japan room was good size and good location for Toyota stadium

Clean, spacious compared to other business hotel rooms, comfortable 10 minute walk from station (nice waterway from the station to the hotel), lotsa convenient store around.

The accomodation was an easy walk from the station. The cost per night was great.Reception was friendly and helpful.

Not the property, but there were limited eateries at night for a family in the area. Some places you had to be over 20 to enter.

No coffee or local newspaper on site. No breakfast available on site. Had to walk down the street to a gas station for coffee and drinks. No place to eat close by, 10 minutes walk away

Nice hotel. Good location for transport.Good base for travel.

No coffee on the room, or even cups.Found a lot of drop nuts, dirt and a dirty sock under bed. Not ours.

20 minutes walking distance to Toyota Stadium

Have not rated it at a 1/10 as it was a last-minute booking for an international motorsport event. However, the services were most disappointing.

Walking distance from train station, supermarket and family members who live in Toyota.

Although it was a non smoking room, it very much smelt like smoke. Maybe through the air vents from a smoking room? Unpleasant smell.

Easy check-in, easier check-out. It was just a few minutes walk to the station. There are convenience stores nearby.

Bed was rather small for 2 people. Only one keycard could be provided for some reason.

This hotel is located in the center of Toyota-shi. Five minutes' walk from the station.

Two USB connectors exist but so weak. We need 5A supply. Japanese funny misspeling!
