Hotel Toyota Castle

Very convenient location with good restaurants nearby. We were lucky to be offered reduced room rates and coupon due to tourism promotion week in Toyota, which lasts until end of January 2024.

Only green tea available in room

Good location with basement parking. Facilities were top notch. Close enough to PT, eateries and shops. Would definitely stay there again if I'm in Toyota.

Very friendly welcome. Large, comfortable room, all amenities catered for. Although there was only a smoking room available for our 2 night stay there was no odour of smoke. varied and plentiful. Decor tasteful. Very close to train station and shops.

Other guests were given coupons for local businesses and were told upon check in that bottled water in the mini fridge was complimentary. I was not given this information

Located in central Toyota, very convenient to find good restaurants. Happened to see their city festival so enjoyed the city discount for 30% off!

Best hotel in downtown Toyota City. This is the hotel where all the JP athletes stay when playing Nagoya Grampus. There are signed jerseys everywhere in the hotel restaurant. The JP national team Samurai Blue team was staying there too during my last visit.

Staff were very helpful and obliging. Room was clean and well serviced every day. Great central location with easy access to public transport and restaurants. Buffet was adequate with enough western style breakfast to choose from.

This is picky, but the only option for tea in the room was green tea. Perhaps a choice of teas including black, instant coffee and milk would be nice for international travellers - of which there appeared to be quite a few.

The breakfast is okay, you have a lot of different options. They should add some fruit salad in my opinion. And another small point of criticism: I don't like the way the eggs are cooked.

The eggs. And they should make the fitness free for the hotel guests. Or less expensive.

Breakfast was overpriced for quality. Better to skip and get food from the Lawson next door.

The service was excellent! Front desk was very helpful and very friendly. Toyota city is offering promotion -room rate reduction and coupon to be used at restaurants. The room is spacious 30M2 and very clean and quiet.We have a breakfast buffet at the hotel. The hotel provided hand gloves to help ppreventing spread of COVID. The location is so close to Toyota train station - can use to escalator from station east exit down to the front of hotel. Convenient for big luggage.

The small fridge in the room did not work. Air condition control is only Japanese (all hotels in Japan). An English manual would be great for foreigners.
