The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and straightforward. The location is highly convenient, offering close proximity to a train station. The room was clean and provided a sense of spaciousness.

The breakfast menu offers a limited selection of items.

The location is a less busy area but right beside the station it’s a great spot for an adult and the rooftop view is amazing

Rooms are fairly small

The staff at this property were lovely, providing us with free drinks upon arrival. They also provided free water refills and a microwave and toaster. We also had access to a public bath and a free washing machine/dryer which was very helpful. There was room cleaning available everyday and pyjama sets were provided. The bathroom was a bit small, but overall clean and had good water pressure. Overall our stay was very comfortable and a great experience.

The accomodation was a short distance from the train station - just a little walk up a hill. However, I found the place to be slightly more isolated than other hotels, with the closest convenience store being ~10-15 min walk. The room was also bit tight with all of our luggage, but manageable.

Friendly staff

I booked a twin room expecting a bit of space, but what I got felt more like two single beds forced into a room barely big enough for one. There was no desk, no chair, nowhere to sit except the beds themselves, which made working or even placing personal items awkward. I’ve stayed in plenty of compact rooms before, but this setup felt impractical rather than cozy.

the location is great, very close to the subway.to get there though there were either stairs or an uphill road, but both very close.the room was fine, clean but a bit small. there was no room for the luggage (could store them under the bed).also the bathroom is fine but if you are tall you are going to have a hard time showering.there are hot springs in the hotel that are free but not tattoo friendly and also a small gym.

We loved the views and the convenience to the Tabata station. The free laundry was also very nice and appreciated.

The onsen hours are scheduled and the pool is meant for two people at a time.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the train station. Very clean and quiet and the air conditioning worked really well.

We booked this just for 1 night between trips, so we were looking for a convenient location. It certainly is! The view from the rooms and the rooftop platform is a bonus. The room is small (as advertised) , but clean, effective and sound proof. Small but working bathroom.It is basically self check in, but staff are helpful.Breakfast was included. Nothing fancy, but fair enough. No diner options, but if you walk the street north for 400m and take the stairs down to the other station exit, there is a fantastic ramen restaurant. Sushi is also good in the restaurant next it, my daughter says

Getting uphill from the station with luggage was a bit difficult

Excellent location and incredible staff, I got the breakfast pack and it was pretty good, it even offers a terrace with a view of the city

The staff was very kind also speak English fluently. The room was nice for me as solo traveler. I feel safe. And the breakfast was tasty!! I love the dumpling and the salad. I knew this hotel near the train station, so sometimes you can hear when the train passed. I will absolutely back again when I have another trip to Tokyo ??

1. Typical compact Tokyo room size, felt a bit cramped.2. Small toilet seat, which could be uncomfortable.3. Occasional train noise heard from the room.

The breakfast and location was good

Water bottles were not refilled each day, the price for the size of the room was not worth it, staff should be seated at the front desk at all times if it it 24/7. The gym was no in working order and I specifically chose the hotel for gym facilities

Extremely noisy location close to the Yamanote train line. Hotel charged a fee to hold luggage for several days even though we stayed at the hotel upon our return. I be never had that occur with several other hotels in Japan.

Close to the station (the station exit is stairs only, no lift or escalator) The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Excellent English. The room was spacious (for Japanese standards) and very clean. The beds were comfortable. firm but not hard mattresses. The eating area was tidy and cosy with the couches. We all loved our stay here. Would stay again if we were in Tokyo. Amazing view from the 11th floor.

I loved staying here. It was very nice. Only thing I isn’t like was how little space you have to take off your shoes. It is kinda hard with a couple. Other than that everything else was great. I recommend trying the public bath. I did it on the first stay and after that I kept using it every night!

Very modern & we lived staying on the 9th floor. The house keeping staff were great, keeping C our room super clean. I also like free use if the washer & dryers. The desk staffs - Roger, Kuo & Liu were great, very helpful.

Our room was too small, hard to maneuver ; had to scoot from the bed.

We loved the proximity to Tabata Station and the ease of access to all the amenities.

The only minor dislike was that we could feel the springs in the mattress through the bedding.

The people working there are amazing

The mattress of the bed could be better, it was a bit hard to sleep there, but you can complain about it when the price and the location is that good
