Its proximity to JR Nishi Nippori. Big rooms with balcony. Family oriented. Great for families travelling together.Best staff. The only hotel offering free coffee, tea, biscuit and ice drops

I was greeted by some nice individuals working at the lobby. This place is clean and really nice, it is close by a train station and lots of good food. The place is clean and super easy to find. The bed was warm and clean. You will like this place because the people working there will make you feel like home. There was free ice cream pops, cookies and water at the lobby. You will also have the option to choose everything needed for your stay.

It’s the most spacious hotel in Tokyo for your bucks, with great convenient location near 3 different train station (one of them is straight to the airport). I was amazed by room quality and staff’s hospitality

Near the train so would not be suitable for someone who’s sensitive to noises. But to me I’m a heavy sleeper so the train sounds just feel like the AC fan to me somehow

One of our biggest room in tokyo, location was near station so good to get around, facilities are great, and the staff really helpful with luggage etc. Recommend

Too expensive for what we got. Room was small, and there was no space for anything. charged us more than what we paid for a nicer hotel for longer

I really appreciate the staff that assisted us eveyday. Especially on our last day, we had to do an early check out at 5:30am. We asked if someone can assist us with booking a taxi to take us to Nippori station to ride the skyliner. We had three luggages and a stroller. Two kids to takecare of. They had a staff come in earlier than their usual shift to assist us on our check out. Thank you Mr.Manda for coordinating with the staff and booking our taxi. Lastly, did I mention its was our second time booking with Hotel Tokyo Trip and It won't be the last.

Staff especially the manager was very accommodating. Very convenient location near the train station, Aeon grocery, and local restaurants.

Not much besides location was fine

Room was very small and bathroom was even smaller. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. Room cleaning was subpar.

We got an upgrade and the room was spacious. Location is excellent, very close to JR station. Yes you can hear train noice but it didn’t bother us at all.

It’s a very nice hotel if you are looking to stay in a different Tokyo city, there are restaurants near by but no much shopping aroundIt was a good place to stay very close to the station so I use the yamanote line to move around easily The rooms are very spacious which is a good thing for your last days and packing

It’s very close to the train tracks so you can hear the train, they do provide earplugs but just something to be aware of if you have trouble sleeping

I picked this hotel for location knowing it was in the heart of fabric town. The area was less touristy which was great and even with the added noise of multiple train lines running through the area it was a great choice for our day in Niporri. The hotel exceeded my expectations with lots of space, very clean, and a large patio/balcony area. I’d love to have stayed longer.

I didn’t mind the multiple train lines even with the noise although I think this might be a negative for some. The trains made for amazing photos and videos and I didn’t hear them much at night - they might stop at midnight or so.

The staff service is splendid, I forgot an I item and they sent it back to me with quick response. Not to mention they are very nice during my stay.

The train passing by was a liitle noisy especially in the early morning.

No English TV channel or even just caption. The mattress was hardNoisy…trainNo body lotion It would be nice if the electrical equipments in the room have even just a one English translation.

Location was very convenient. I like how it had a convenient store right next to the hotel. There were a few free amenities, and they had free games and books you could borrow.

The staff was not very friendly. The main guy that was at the help desk gave us the impression that we were bothering him. Only one staff member was super friendly. Not trying to judge, but they were not Japanese. I know this because they were all speaking in Chinese. The hotel ONLY had 1 elevator. The room was somewhat small and the bathroom looked like it came from a trailer. The toilet water had a very pungent smell. Also, due to the location being convenient, the train passing was RIGHT next to the hotel, so it was very noisy most of the time. Lastly, the hotel should mention in the booking site that there will be a $25 infrastructure fee. That was a surprise at check in.

Convenient location, responsive and friendly staff

Room 207 didn't look like any of the pictures, just had a small window that you couldn't see out of, not much space, cologne smell lingered in the room even though it had been cleaned.

Great, spacious clean modern with extra amenities and some extra services. The fact that it was decirated niceky and smelt nice was a bonus. The sheets amenities, balcony etc were great too.

The receptionist at my check out did not speak very good english. I couldb’t get answers to my questions.
