Restay Frontier (Adult Only)

Loved this hotel! Stayed here for two weeks for our trip to Japan. The room was so spacious, the amenities such as free laundry and toiletries were great. They even had free wine one night. Service was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

staff is very helpful. location is more than great. hotel 1 min away from walk to otsuka station. easy to get a train from the hotel. we stayed 8th floor. there was a earthquak on our staying. but building is strong i guess.

I liked the location, it was nearby the Metro station, also beautiful place and you can eat food anytime in the 24 open restaurant near the Hotel.

Its a Love Hotel consider that before booking. We had such a good stay. I think their room for tourists are separate in floors to those who are staying for a short time. So all is good

Absolutely lovely hotel with perfect location! It was really comfy and we had everything we needed, they also clean the room on demand and I think you can order breakfast (but we had ours at Starbucks as it's really close). There is a 7-11 just 2 min walk from the hotel, lots of restaurants, shop and a farmacy nearby. Very nice staff, definitely recommend

Please be careful: I got allergic to the hotel water (it's strictly individual, I guess the problem is in the water hardness: the minerals and salts in the water caused rash).

The rooms are spacious and the bathroom products are amazing

The laundry service not good, the only have a washing machine but no dryer (the washing machine has a dryer option but it’s one of those with cold air so it doesn’t dry at all)

I loved ordering delicious food to my room, and the wonderful balloons and card they had for my girlfriend for her birthday. The room was spacious, with a huge tub and super clean. The employees were extremely kind and very efficient. So many amenities with shampoo, conditioner, cleanser, robes, etc etc. So close to the station and a family mart right next door.

Super duper convenient and near the train station. LOTS OF GOOD FOOD NEAR BY TOO!

Mattress was a little uncomfortable but for it’s value, still a great place!

Very spacious and comfortable room. Located near train station, in short distance from metro station and many shops and restaurants in the area, really recommend. We are very thankful for all staff in hotel, they helped us with luggage transport, perfect contact and service!!!! Really recommend for visit in Tokyo.

Very good value for money. Excellent location, near the station.The staff was always very kind.The room and bathroom are very big, and the toilet is separate from the shower. Lots of toiletries are provided, from cleanser to lotions, also bathrobes. You have free coffee and can wash your clothes for free (one washing machine 2in1 with dryer)

I would have liked to give a higher score, but unfortunately, there is a problem with ventilation. Although the AC works fine, it is very hard to ventilate the room (dry the towels) and it smells a bit musty. It wouldn't have been a big problem, but after leaving, we discovered that even our clean clothes from the luggage smelled moisty, which made me decrease my review score.However, if you only stay for a couple of nights or this isn't an issue for you, then this hotel is really a good value.

The hotel is clean overall, the staff are friendly, the room is spacious — we could open two 29-inch bags and still had space left. The bathroom is clean. It was a good experience.

The location is very near the train station,shopping mall nearby too.very convenient.the nearby roadside sakura is an additional points to add on.thank you.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the metro and with two 7-Eleven stores nearby, making everything super convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was spotless. Plus, they left a BIG surprise for us upon arrival because it was our anniversary, they prepared balloons, treats and more!! Simply wow, they made us really happy. And the jacuzzi… absolutely amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Small room and the bed is quite hard. The controls have no English translations.

The whole experience was amazing - the staff were lovely and the room was huge with an amazing bathroom. The hotel itself is a 2min walk away from Otsuka station which is along the main city loop - Yamanote Line.

The ventilation in the bathroom in room 801 didn't work, also there is no wardrobe to hang the clothes and towel

Amazing staff, very helpful as we wanted to stay another night, amazing facilitates and great access to metro station in proximity of main stations
