The personel was really nice and helpful

Small bathrooms im American so everything felt tiny but the bed

Staff at the counter were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. Cleaning service was good and reliable. Despite being a designated smoking room, the room didn't smell, at least to us. AC worked well.

Room was quite small with almost no surface space to organize our items. The low slanted ceiling on one side (4th floor) also made the space even smaller. Bed was not very comfortable (springy). Linens were overall nice and clean, except for a small stain on my pillowcase and towel. Floor was old carpet that really needed a wash. Room slippers were provided but one of them was ripped. Elevator was stuffy with a bit of a smell sometimes.Wish the hotel had a laundry room we could use, but there were coin laundries nearby.

The location. And the fact that I had my own bathroom (tiny).

The tatame bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept (but didn't sleep much) in. It was dusty behind the TV, and it looked like it wasn't vacuumed well enough in the bed area.

This is my second stay at the hotel. I love this location. Staff are very accommodating, nice and overall very pleasant people.I speak Japanese enough to get by- but my wife does not, and staff were very nice to her and made her feel welcome even with a language barrier.The location is great, if you haven't visited Japan yet, this is a very calm neighborhood where you can learn about how daily life in Japan works. Stop by a combini, grab some restaurant food at any place. The JR station train is nearby, and the Yamanote will take you anywhere in Tokyo. If you live in Japan or have been often, this hotel is also a great stay in a quiet, convenient area of Kita city/near Tabata station The room and amenities are very basic, but a great value for the price! Give this hotel a try! It offers a lot more value than hostel or capsule accommodations at a very fair price. I will book here for atleast a few days anytime I'm in Tokyo!

The location is great, 10 minutes by walk to tabata station which part of yamanote line. The area also not as noisy as other tokyo area. Family mart just around the corner.

The carpet was so dirty, this is dissapointing as japan known for its high standard of hygienes, the toilet bidet was also not working properly, and no tea/ coffeee provided in the room.

Kind, helpful man at check-in. Good wifi. Useful fridge & hot water kettle. Walking distance from Tabata station (10 minutes). Cheap. Clean.

Futon bed was a bit thin.

I don't know if it was my tattoos and piercings or just me being non-Japanese but the receptionist refused to keep my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. Japanese people's luggage were ok before I checked in and after I checked out. I had to drag my luggage on the rain to the nearest train station and pay for 2 lockers. Also the hotel has a completely different name outside than on Booking.

This was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, I could feel the metal springs digging into my back, making it impossible to rest. The room was extremely small and did not match the photos. The carpet looked dirty, and there was a strange smell throughout the entire hotel. On top of that, it’s far from the metro. I do not recommend this place at all, it was a terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!

location was close to the station! really convenient. worth the value

The room wasn't bad, nice bathroom. A bit small but I only went to stay the night there. If you let your baggages there, they will put them on the room when it is ready. The staff was kind and nice.

The futon was awfull. Like the worst futon I ever had. Even in a capsule hotel they have better ones. I felt like sleeping on the ground. I don't know for the other rooms, but I can't recomend the one with futon. If they have other options, take that, not the one with a futon.And the guys sleeping in hte next room where really loud. The walls are not good at keeping off the sound.

Good location to train station.Tranquillity between hotel and the nearby train station.

Tatami bed - collapsed at the centre section. It means only less filling inside.

The hospilitability of the staff.

The uncleanness of the room.And I booked for two beds but there is no more left and I was offered the twin beds.

Compact room but not cramped. Super comfy beds with clean and soft bed linen. Clean bathroom. Only issue was wet patch on carpet where it had been cleaned. Quiet area of city. Amazing value for money, would stay again.

Bit out of the way for restaurants etc

It was a fine stay. Nice cold air con, mini fridge, toilet and a bed is all I need.

Would have been nice to have some tea and coffee in the room to be able to make. Pretty tight in the bathroom and main room but manageable.

It was perfect for what I wanted. I could shop in peace, open the big luggage in the room, have my own bathroom, it was close to Yamanote line and the Keisei line that goes to Narita.

The bed is a little hard. Floor is need to change new. The room is tiny.But good for money.
