the staff was great, and the location was good too! especially since it's near ikebukuro station. i liked that there are many food options, including a 7-11 right by the first floor. the toothbrush provided is specially soft and comfortable to use.

the size of the room... it's really quite small. but im not sure if it's because of how tokyo is. would there be more space in other cities? also didnt like that i cant open my luggage in the room at all.

Location is great, metro entrance is exactly at the opposite of the road.

Room is relatively small. We have trouble opening 2 luggages as there is not enough space.

The location is really convenient. There was even a convenient store in Level 1. Staffs are friendly.

Staff were really helpful with setting up luggage delivery. And location is right outside of the station and near lots of eateries and shopping stores.

The staff were amazing, the front desk manager helped us to buy tickets for a music concert even though it took a lot of time and she was very patient.The location is great, 5 minutes from the JR.The room was clean.

The room was a little bit small but it was the start of our trip so we still didn’t have a lot of things with us.

Awesome location. The room was excellent. It was small, but this is Tokyo. It was perfect for one person. It would have been fine for two people if you were not staying in the room all day. The location is very close to the train station. There is an excellent coffee shop on one side of the hotel and a 7/11 convenience store on the other side of the hotel.

Beautiful building interior. Lovely public bath. Stunning view. Best breakfast we experienced.

No concierge.

The hotel is walkable to the train station on the East exit no.38. But if you arrive by train, use exit no.35 because there are escalator and elevator. Plenty of restaurants and shopping stores near by. Seven-eleven is at the 1st floor. The room size fit for 2 ppl and 2 large suitcases. Beds were comfortable.

This was in such a convenient spot! The rooms were on the smaller side, but it is a business hotel so that’s to be expected. It was a fine fit for the two of us.This place had the BEST staff. We were in a bind because our flight suddenly got cancelled due to Cyclone Alfred in Qld, and we had to organise another night. The front desk staff were so understanding and accommodating, and it helped in a time of heavy stress.Also, just a tip—we found out right at the end, but there’s actually an entrance to Ikebukuro Station right across the road! You just have to go down the stairs of the entertainment building and you’ll find it.7/11 right downstairs also, with plenty of Family Marts nearby. Lovely brekky at the hotel as well.

A little small, but nothing detrimental! Also the lift stops at level 3 without fail every single time, and it would always catch a lot of people out who thought the lift had arrived at their stop, haha.

Room was a little small but I did have 4 large suitcases, people with hard cases which open in the middle might have trouble opening their suitcase flat.You only get 1 small flat pillow

Breakfast buffet had a great selection of options (Japanese and Western style), the purufuwa (mini souffle) pancakes are worth ordering if the queue isn't too long.

we stay 10 days with small error found by Room cleaner.1. She did not refill the room refreshing spray bottle until the last day. No idea if it's policy. When the spray was diminished, we felt that we could not use it as much as we want.2. We travel with child (Three people). We got two Towel and face towel on the last night. One set was missing

The beds are very comfortable, it's very close to the station and we love the bath tub !

Maybe the hotel would improve its services with an onsen !

Location is good, easy to find. Plenty of eateries and convenient stores around, rather close to the station if you know how.

Bed and pillows absolutely not good at all, I can’t say whether it’s hard or soft, but it offers no support to body and neck. I had to stack some extra towels beneath the pillow just make it barely workable for a sleep, and a few around waist area.And although they made it clear that they won’t keep luggage after check out, it still caused a negative impression for such price and branding. I had two separate stays, they are able to hold luggage for me to wait for my second “paid” stay, but unable to help me keep for an hour or two after my last stay check out. This inconvenience certainly would ward many off.

It was close to the Ikebukuro station, restaurants, big shopping centre. My kids are 9yo and 5yo and there was enough to do around the place for a day or two that didn’t exhausting them too much!!

We spent 8 nights here and the location is perfect! Super close to Ikebukuro station and a 7/11 on ground floor made it extremely convenient. The check in/check out process was really easy and the staff were awesome at being able to assist with any questions we had and book us a taxi when we needed it.

The bed we had was really uncomfortable and quite hard making our sleep really broken and difficult.

The hotel breakfast was delicious. The location was central to many great dining and shopping options, including a 7-Eleven right next door. It was easy to travel to many Tokyo tourist spots using this hotel as our base.

Room was well decorated, but very small. It was fine for us because we were traveling as two couples in two rooms, but we couldn't spend any time in the rooms as a group. The mattress was quite firm and uncomfortable when one spends their whole day walking. The restaurant was convenient and well-decorated, but prices were high relative to other nearby places to eat.
