Proximity to everything . That you could order room service from your table. Linen was good. Mattress was comfy. Pillows were good.

I arrived very tired and the 2 staff members were on dinner break together leaving the reception unattended, I waited to checked in. The sign stated they are helping a guest but they wer not as when they arrived back together had their dinner container

Clean, comfy, welcoming staff. Restaurant next door was great and food nice too.

Everything was great

Ordering breakfast was easy via a QR code. Breakfast was good, we had omelette which was nice. Cappuccinos were not so nice, didn't taste great and we didn't drink them.

No outside sitting area from your room. I don't know if there was an outside sitting area at the motel, maybe only in The Fiddler Hotel next door. We don't smoke but for smokers I guess they would have to go outside the hotel in the carpark or pool area.

Comfortable beds, nice amenities, free parking is a bonus

The lighting in the room was terrible especially if getting ready for an event.

Elderly family members were staying there and no one spoke to them about breakfast or where things were and not from the area so was a bit confusing - better communication

The room service was so quick and the food was fantastic

The reception area was not well sign posted. I walked from the Rouse Hill Train with 3 days worth of hand luggage and it was very very hot . Surely the entrance could be better positioned

Location was very good for our purpose.The evening manager, Brooke, was very accommodating and helpful during our late check-in. And Nathan, who was the morning manager, was informative and did as much as he could for our check-out.The breakfast at The Fiddler had a nice vibe with their pistachio French toast being quite delicious.

The signs leading to the entrance could be a placed a lot better. You’d think that you can walk in from Windsor Rd but you’d be quite mistaken.

Breakfast needs more variety, such as continental. The breakfast menus are limited and fixed. Would be great if there is a buffet breakfast.

The location is enhanced by a comprehensive village style modern shopping center with every need imaginable. It is adjacent to THE FIDDLER, one of Sydney's North West leading pubs. The staff were excellent and accomodating.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great location. Very Friendly staff.

The minibar was 1 degree Celsius too warm otherwise the place was exceptional

Rooms were nice, comfortable and clean.

Had to pay a deposit that was taken immediately from my account and was to be refunded after my stay and when l was leaving l was told the deposit would take 5 to 7 business days to be returned.Food from the restaurant was inedible as it was so over cooked and oil still running out of chicken on my burger.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. We were checked in quickly and they offered suggestions for places to eat, see and visit.

ALice the morning shift concierge staff. She was understanding, kind and respectful.

We were very disappointed upon arrival that I was told after paying for the room that an extra 100$ was to be charged and deducted from my account immediately. This was unexpected. If someone didn't have the extra 100$ what would the hotel have done. The lady behind the desk was very rude and dismissive of my concern and told it me it was on the booking confirmation in fine print after I booked the room online. I have been too many Mercure Hotels and not of one of them charged and deducted 100$ so this is the reason why we will never stay there again.

Car parking was terrible as a motel guest had to park down near bins and carry all our belongings up as it seems the restaurant and bar is far more important than guests the location of the pool is ridiculous, if there isn’t people in reception looking out the windows at you, you have patrons at the restaurant coming over to have a look over the fence, no privacy whatsoever, and with the cost of the accommodation having to pay $5 for a bottle of water is absolute extortion definitely will not be returning and would not recommend staying here

Everything was amazing expect 2 things

Receptionist was not friendly and welcoming.And the pool is not private for guests, its exposing and no privacy from the Fiddler customers walking about. I mainly booked the hotel for the pool as I wanted to swim and read a book but after I saw the location of the pool and no privacy I was dissppointed.
