- The room was very clean and the staff was really nice. When traveling, I don't like to have my room serviced every day, so their system of dropping off kits with fresh towels was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet had a lot of different options and there's a great café to grab a coffee on the way out each morning. The area is very quiet which is what I was looking for.
- Hotel is very new and modern. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Room was clean and tidy with nice facilities. A bit small for 2 travelers, but if you have traveled in Japan before -- the room size is actually quite normal for a hotel. The restaurant on the first floor had a very nice coffee shop. The location is good enough. It is in a spacious area in Chiba with some restaurants and convenience stores nearby, as well as a subway station. My wife and I arrived by subway, and we ended up taking a cab to the airport on the day of our departure. All in all, if you are traveling at the right time of year, you cannot beat the price for this hotel.
- Location was amazing near to the station and a big mall
Cons -
- My wife and I were traveling in Japan in November/December - which is typically cold weather in Japan as it is winter. However in recent years, it has been much warmer at this time of year. When we stayed at the Apa Hotel in late November, the heat was already turned on for the entire hotel unit, despite it being around 69°F /21°C outside. As a result, our hotel room was like a sauna. We attempted to turn the air on, but it wasn't working. When we spoke with the front desk, they informed us there is "only heat" as an option. We had to open the windows for extended periods of time to get any breeze into the room, as it felt better outside than in the hotel. It was kind of a miserable experience, for such a nice hotel. I understand culturally it's hard to find hotels in Japan that time of year with an AC option, but for them to make it unavailable in individual rooms is just a bad practice that will only get worse as climate change worsens. If you are traveling in Japan in the "winter" months but the weather outside is warmer, I would not recommend staying in a large hotel.
- Breakfast was bad
- It can be a bit difficult to reach the hotel when arriving late from Narita Airport.

Breakfast was bad
Good breakfast, nice place in general.
It can be a bit difficult to reach the hotel when arriving late from Narita Airport.
I LOVED how convenient the location was from the station. It was easy to find considering that APA hotel was written in a big font on the front of the building. The staff were also very approachable, friendly and made the process easy for me to check in and check out. I also really liked how we got free drink coupons and fresh clean towels to use for the next day. The bed was also very comfortable and I loved how the curtains actually shade you from the majority of the sunlight enabling us to sleep very well
nothing! it was great.
minimal selection of food. most of the food is cold.
The room smells very musty and damp. The bed is way too soft.
Location. It is closest from the station. Also, the senior staff (who helped us resolve a problem with Kuroneko) were helpful.
1 of the staff did not check the delivery time for Kuroneko properly, & told us that we had to find a convenience store & send from there instead of APA Hotel. Because of him, we thought we couldn't send our suitcases & spent hours asking convenience stores if they could deliver. Later, we asked other staff about it. The senior staff members called the company & helped us, so it was fine in the end, but that was a stressful experience.
The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable, the staff were friendly and polite and the breakfast was nice and good value for money!
it was clean, location was also near to train station.
We can't individually control air condition. So, even though it's cold, air condition will still blow cold air because of their setting depended on outside temperature. But outside temperature is 9 celsius below at that time I stayed. Still didn't change from cold air to warm air. Staff is not helpful. It was uncomfortable staying there feeling cold. You have to wear full clothes and put on warm blanket if you wanna stay in this hotel during winter.
The room was very well cleaned and very comfortable. The overall design of the room is very brilliant and eco-friendly. The coin laundry was very convenient because it was right next to my room. The elevator is not slow, the front desk staff were kind despite my limited Japanese language knowledge, and the electric kettle in the room was relatively clean and very convenient.
Nothing really bad to list at all!
There aren't many hotel choices in Inzai so thankfully, this one is a good one. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it's nicely furnished. The small restaurant has a good range of well-priced food and there's a decent sized 7Eleven a few minutes walk away. There's also ample parking. For what we paid, we thought it was excellent value.
The rooms are very small, but comfortable.
Super clean and comfy, felt very fancy, right next to the train
Relatively Far out of Tokyo. CHECKOUT IS 1000 NOT 1100. extending an hour is a 1000 yen. Breakfast was not good and not worth the money.
It's location is great. The train station is just 3 minutes walk to the hotel. Moreover, if it's a rainy day the walk path is roofed.Garden full of cherry blossom, malls and supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk. You can get all you want. Will come back to stay again.
very nice facility, the location is great.
staff service is not good
Right next to the narita express line. Nice wifi and fast check in/out.If you check in before 5 you can enjoy a free drink at their restaurant, it looked nice.Plenty of amenities like vending machines, wash/press, microwave.Tea and water provided in the room.
My room didn't have the heat on before I got there, not a big deal but it was cold for about an hour. The walls are a bit thin.Toilet wasn't heated.
Huge flat screen tv. And free video on demand. Short distance to airport.
near to NRT airport, 4 stops away and right outside exit was the hotel
very clean, new style property with great decor and nice rooms. Its very close to the train station and a great hotel for close proximity to the airport.
restaurant downstairs could have had more selection on the menu and perhaps a local cuisine option.
exceptionally clean and well organized ideal location
pay parking but it was inexpensive
The room was very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable enough however the pillows are quite firm. They will give you a softer pillow upon request.
It is close to the station but there really is not much around the hotel besides the restaurant in the lobby.
