The location is pretty convenient.The frequency of cleaning is great.The breakfast is fabulous.I happened to know therr is a service that I can temporarily put my suitcase after checking out. That was very helpful.

If there are some fresh fruits or dairy foods, like yogurts or cheese, that would be wonderful.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything works in the room. Wish the drinks and coffee area does not close at 9 pm as after a day of sight seeing I usually come back after 9 pm and wish for a cup of coffee or soft drink.

The room's windows are basically non functional as they are blocked by a wall outside. Guess there'snothing they could do.

The Hotel was very clean. The free breakfast was excellent every day and the kitchen staff was so nice and helpful. The front desk clerks were amazing. So helpful, kind, and always smiling.

The beds and pillows were a little too hard for our liking.

It was clean and the staff were very nice and polite.

On the second day, the breakfast wasn’t as good as the first day.

Value for money. Room was spotless clean and close to train station. Staffs were friendly and allowed me to store my luggage after check out.

I was back there second time, ( total of 17 nights)which means I had about 17 times of breakfast of similar selection. But it is the hotel’s management decision so it’s hard to change the menu I guess…

The breakfast service was wonderful! The menu changed every day and was delicious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

The pillow is bit flat for me but it’s okie…

Matsudo is far from the centre of Tokyo, but the good side is that this accommodation is very close to the station with a direct line to the centre of Tokyo. The free breakfast is good, they have a good variety but make sure you go down the hall the first hour of breakfast because if you go later maybe they run out of something.

I didn't know you could choose accommodation that allows you to smoke inside the room, and I find the cigarette smoke disgusting so it was unpleasant for me to stay two nights in a room that smells like cigarettes.

Big room compared to usual Japanese hotel, good laundry and drier. New towels and trash bag are provided every day without requesting them. The vending machine inside is cheaper than those outside. Very close to the JR Matsudo station and to a lot of restaurants.

The cleaning of the room routine was a bit weird. The bed was too sturdy to my liking. No real trash bin in the toilet, only a tiny plastic bag. Matsudo station is close but not very centric, getting to and from it takes longer than other parts of the greater Tokyo area.

Breakfast was probably the best I've had at a hotel in Japan, new selection of stuff everyday and everything was fresh and tasty! Staff were super polite! Also you can phone the reception and book a slot for room cleaning if you don't want to be out of the room for 5 hours! brilliant stay!

The only thing that bothered me was there was a lot of static electricity when walking through the hotel so I'd get shocks from door handles etc. there's a humidifier in the room though so I would use that a lot if you stay there, that's the only negative though! :D

Everything was very clean and the staff was really friendly. Check-In was even possible at 24:00 o‘clock, but i had to call before.
