Hotel Torifito Kashiwanoha

Very clean

Clean and spacious hotel room. Great amenities and super friendly staff. Excellent location, close to the train station. Definitely will stay again!

There nothing much to like on the place.

One of the receptionist (female )front office was very unfriendly and unhelpful..no smile as though we are there for free stay.

The room is spacious which looks like an apartment with kitchen and washing machine. It is located next to Lalaport.

Just one night should spend more nights here.

Close to the bus and rail stations 5-10 minute walk. I liked the Lawsons that was attached to the hotel. Would stay there again if I needed to visit the area on business. Price was reasonable as well.

Open street on site parking was very convenient. Convenient store Lawson is located just next to hotel lobby. Check-in and check-out were fast & easy. Quiet at night which is what we like.

Close to the station. Clean, and the staff were great!

Very clean rooms, kind and available staff.

A bit more storage space in the room would be helpful.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and there were different dishes every day. The rooms were very clean and there even was a fully equipped kitchen.

Great space. Great bed. Service was amazing. Breakfast was incredible.

The bidet had a strange odor but all toilets in Japan had this smell

Very nice and helpful staff, close to a train station and has a big public bath (onsen) on the first floor!

Generous sized rooms for Japan Polite, attentive staffMicrowave, ice machine, coin laundry, sento bath and mini sauna were all things I look for when I travel. They were very clean and well serviced.

The distance from the train station with luggage, but it’s worth dragging your bags all the way there.

Staff was very kind and helpful. They have one open bath and the breakfast was fairly good. I loved having my miso soup every morning. It's also very close to Lalaport shopping mall, which has many spaces for children. I would come back again.

The location of the Hotel is very good for Shoppers. The setting of the room is clear and tidy. The Laundry arrangement is very good with reasonable charges.

The Toilet with Odorous smell as most other hotel with Shower Toilet. The parking cost is quite high at such location and is not actually provided by the hotel. The overall quality of breakfast is just so so.

Best for Bath in this hotel and all staff is good dealing

Check out time is very stick and charges if delay

Close to the station and a pleasant park the hotel also had a bath and sauna on the first floor.

I did hear a dog bark which was a little odd.

Really great, comfortable place for a very reasonable price. The bath and milk machine, and free popsicles right outside really made the experience. There is also a door behind the waiting area that connects to the convenience store directly, which I wish I had noticed before my last few days here.

Polite and very helpful staff, VERY clean everything, room is very comfy, breakfast is amazing ❤️ area around is safe and mall and train station is just like 5 min walk.
