Bad service, staff can not speak english, difficul to comunication.I want to sent luggage to airport very difficult, but one woman very helpful eventhoght can not speak english.
The location is so perfect! Its near everywhere especially the train station in ageo. Lots of restaurants also nearby, and the staffs are awesome!
Location is great, and free parking next to the station is worth a lot. Didn’t hear the trains at all.
Bathroom was too small for me when I showered, and there was visible mildew in places. The whole places needs some steam cleaning. Also, I don’t think there was WiFi at all - no info in the room about it. Was too tired to call down to the desk.
They should add laundry facilities also and to be have with assistance.
