Loved the beachfront access. The community room was very convenient. The hotel was very spacious and probably one of the best rooms I’ve stayed at in Japan.

No elevator I seen

The flat was very big for 4 pensons and clean . A nice bathroom and access to a shared kitchen. We hab a parking for our car and were located on the beach. Easy to check in and check out by our selves without staff, you can arrive autonomously

Fabulous location overlooking the fabulous beach and sea view.

Liked everything. Fabulous location large room with large separate bathroom. Use of Kitchen in the community room. Everything spotless. Laundry with iron and ironing board.

Free parking, shared kitchen, spacious room & big tub. No lift might be the side back and not for senior with knee or mobility issue.

Great views and awesome staff to help, we recommend a small Raman bar called the Evening Star, one of the best ramens we have had

No lift in the property

Directly at the beach in a silent neighbourhood. Not far from the train station, but no sound from there is heard. Self check in with the tablet is great and fast. May be difficult if one is not used to using these devices though.

A bit old fashioned. The pictures make it look brand new/renovated which it isn’t. There is no elevator, so luggage might be heavy. For people with issues walking or climbing stairs impossible to stay there as ground level is entirely parking lot.

Spacious, easy payment and check in procedure. Right next to the beach with the sound of waves and wind in the pine trees outside to lull you to sleep. Ample free parking. Convenience store close by.

There wasn’t much things to do around the hotel

Definitely a resort in that the view from the room was beautiful. The establishment is hands off so check in is by yourself and you won't even see any staff, but they are there. I love the selection of premium shampoo they let you try. about a 10 min straight walk from hamasaki station

Sadly no elevator and I was put on the 4th floor so getting up and down to do things were a chore...but the negative was overwritten by the fact that I didn't share the floor with anyone else so super peaceful!

Ocean front and there is a 5-10mins drive mall and restaurants around the area

There is no elevator if you have a big luggage and sometime there is a sewage smell but it is tolerable

Overall satisfactory.. Added bonus was the massage chair..

No lifts as had to carry the heavy luggages up by ourselves and it's not friendly for elderly people

Proximity to friends and the ocean

In the first stay, room 205, a strong sewage/sea water smell was unmistakable. I covered the dram water drain vents with towels to minimize the foul oder. The bedding was clean and very comfortable and staff was exceptional!

Nice location along beach. Rooms were dated but clean, and they were relatively large. Our rooms overlooked the beautiful bay. Self check-in went smoothly.

Air conditioning did not work well. No top sheets on beds which would have been ok if room could be cooled more. No seating or other amenities on rooftop terrace.

Be aware of a sewage smell. My musk helped during the night. Also, watch out for insects.
