Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffe and afternoon tea were always very enjoyable and great quality.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was very accommodating, especially at the rooftop restaurant. We got water and toiletries refilled every day. The view of the ocean from our room was very beautiful. Loved the Mauritian cuisine buffet, and the breakfast had lots of options.

When it rains, since the back side of the hotel is open air, water puddles tend to accumulate in the hallways. The same goes for the rooftop terrace, there was water leaking and accumulating. Also, since the room faces the street, traffic can make it noisy at times.

Nothing. We had to leave early due to the extremely poor condition of the hotel.

This property does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel as advertised. The room and facilities were in terrible condition.Mold found inside the complimentary water bottle.Ants in the room and poor overall hygiene.Balcony door couldn’t be locked (safety issue).Rust and visible damage throughout.Broken or non-functional facilities in both the room and public areas.Café and restaurant closed with no notice.Gym was outdated, dirty, and barely usable.Keycard system broken; guests given rusty emergency keys instead.No power in the room because no keycard was provided for the electricity slot.Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly.Photos on Booking.com do not match the current state of the property.We checked out early on the second day and are requesting a refund for the unused nights. The experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations.

The 3rd floor staff’s courtesy politeness and excellent service were like the cherry on top. We LOVED it!!!

Breakfast is delicious but not very diverse. Our room has a door to the next room, and we could hear our neighbours very loud.

The fact that diner was included in all for nights of my stay, i was not advised that i would actually pay extra for the set meals. Does this mean that I would actually get reimbursed for the 3 nights that i had to pay extra for my meals. Half board was more than breakfast only surely this costs is already included

Very beautiful lobby and roof area. The pool and main restaurant are located on the top floor where you get a stunning view of the beach across the road and get to view beautiful sunsets.

Room was comfortable but the shower had a poor design where water would spill all over the bathroom floor when washing. This was solved by placing a towel to soak up the escaping water. Minor inconvenience but not a big deal.

Every moment of our stay was amazing.

We had a beautiful suite with a bath in the bedroom but the AC was inadequate for the size of the suite. We like an afternoon nap and this was not possible due to the heat gain from the sun. Even with the curtains closed and 2 large fans in addition to the AC. The rooms was clean spacious and otherwise very nice. The cheap double glazing meant traffic noise from the busy road was also a problem.

We were treated like a kings. Every member of the staff was so nice and helpfull and there was always a smile on their faces. We loved the food especially those desserts ať the end of the meal. Room was nice and clean and the view for it was amazing. We just love it all. One of the best hotels we've ever been.

On arrival received a very warm and hospitable welcome from front desk, the same level of service continued throughout all staff lovely, polite and accommodating at whatever the request which makes the stay easy and comfortable.

Very good location! Nice and cute beach is near the hotel. Employee of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to hotel manager and Manish who were very kind, friendly, and helpful! Thanks for the best moments.

The view, the location, the rooms

It would be nice for the hotel to organize access to the secluded beach La Casita, perhaps with one of the other businesses.

Location and personal is good and very helpful from the security to the management. We can give special thanks to Zasa for her help and professionalism.

The rooms need a upgrade bar fridge and furniture below standard. The breakfast is also below standard for this rate of hotel.

Frequent issues with elevator. Mold on the curtain in the shower.

The toilet had this horrible stench made me want to even throw up so I’d get ready in the room with the bathroom door closed and if I had to shower I’d shower with the door open to avoid nausea from the smell.Had no iron so we’d walk around with creased clothes.Tv is not a smart tv no Netflix/ Spotify…

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk from Perybere beach as well as a selection of really great restaurants. Short bus ride to Grand Baie.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Our room was on the second floor - lovely with a fabulous view of the ocean.

The breakfast was okay... it could do with some variety. Mostly the same fruits and pastries each day. Became a bit boring especially when you're staying for 7 days. I expected a greater variety of fruits as so many different tropical fruits are available on the island. The crepes were tasty but to serve crepes for breakfast and then again for afternoon tea every day was a bit much.
