Pool was close on arrival monday 4PM Manager doesnt know how to speak to customer. Very poor customer service from him. Allthough the young lady was very kind. No possibility to get extra blanket or towels from the front desk they do not keep any

Perfect for the price paid.

Good location, good bed, clean for a fair price.

No way to control the heater thermostat. There was an a/c but was very weak. Had to fully open window and a/c full blast and room was still too hot.

Location, the view from the restaurant and the park. You need to ask during the booking if you want a view from the room.

Restaurant seems nice but we could not get a table.Room was a bit smelly

Sunset view and quiet place, close to downtown and the saguenay river. Pet friendly :)

The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is a nice place with a patio. Unfortunately it’s not pet friendly.

The nice view from the room. Really nice grassy place to just go and sit on the benches that were there. Good to see 2 chairs outside your door to sit down if you wanted to get out for some fresh air

The bathroom was a step up from the rest of the room. A bit damgerous at night.

The floor in the room was dirty and the towels had long black hairs on them.

Our beds were uncomfortable, the room smelled weird and was quiet hit and stuffy despite it being rainy and cold outside. Our room had tons of flies and spiders and there were crumbs on various surfaces. Our room was in a parking lot, looking at the back of another building. So much for the balcony! Very disappointed especially for the high price we paid.

Great location. Wonderful view of a gorgeous sunset over the river. Clean and comfortable room.

The room was clean and well maintained. Pool looked nice although we didn't use it.

We were wondering why the AC didn't seem to be working well in the middle of the summer, only to find in the morning that they also had the heat on in the room. That was hopefully just an anomaly though.

Worst/uncomfortable stay

We had to circle around to look for room 104 knky to find one suspicious room with only number 4 on it. Tried the keys and it opened.With coffee machine but without a single coffee.The bed is flat on one side its very uncomfortable and i got allergies all over. Could be some bed bugs or uncleaned sheets or towels. The aircondition is too loud to be able to sleep with also the blinds that doesnt cover anything as it is too bright outside.

Second floor room, I can see far away. Good parking.

There is a strange smell of perfume when I enter my room door. There is no microwave oven in the rooms. I hope they can place a microwave oven in the hotel room.
