Great central location. Eco bikes in fitness room ¿¿. Room concept & layout good.

Dirty towels were left in the room. Lighting; both the floor lamp and lamp behind bed did not work so very dark in room.

The hotel is very nice and clean, and they were accommodating with the check-in time.

The air conditioning never worked; they were supposed to send someone to check it, but they never showed up. In addition, they made me return to the hotel the next day to pay for the room because, according to them, the payment hadn't gone through, even though I entered my card details when I booked through Booking.com.

Location is fantastic and the decor in the common areas is pretty eclectic as well. It has two pretty good restaurants in the basement with a good collection of local spirits

Some aspects are dated (like the bathroom), water temperature kept changing while showering. You have to haul ur luggage up and down a flight of stairs before you get to the hotel lobby/elevators.

It was so much better than what we expected. All about technology, which is great. Service at breakfast was very slow so we ended up leaving and not eating there. Resto l'inter is excellent (reservation preferred as it gets full). Room was very big (king) with a great view.

Fantastic staff. Everyone.we met was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room furnishings were first class and the restaurants’ food was excellent.

The air conditioning system did not seem to work right. When we arrived, the room was almost uncomfortably cold, but during the night, it got quite warm and the AC controller did not react when I tried to reset it to a cooler temp. My wife and I both had problems sleeping because of the high room temp.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. The room smelt gross and the bed bugs well was not acceptable at all. This really detured me from chicoutimi

The hotel was probably refurbished recently because it looks really nice and modern. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, with very comfortable beds. The location is also nice, with plenty of restaurants and the old port within walking distance. You can do your laundry for free, which is very convenient.

I didn't like the absence of daily housekeeping. Apparently you have to request it the day before but even after asking for it, it was limited to emptying the trashcan. No cleaning and no making up the beds, which is disappointing considering the price of the room. Breakfast was also disappointing because there is no buffet and you can only choose from a limited menu. If you want to have cereals or oatmeal for breakfast, forget it. The kitchen in my room was lacking cookware. If you put a hob, then you must give me a pan...

They had canceled our booking (which was confirmed and made the previous year) and sent us to more expensive affiliated accommodation 50 minutes away because that was the only option. No excuses. No refunds. No special offer.

The kitchenette was ok.Restaurant staff were nice to us.

The hotel is not accessible for strollers or wheelchairs, only way to enter is by using stairs. Keep in mind if you plan to come with that or even with suitcases you will lift in the stairs.The hotel is very old, and the reconstruction was only cosmetic, old rooms and baths, everything is dark.The air conditioner was part of the window, if you want to close the curtain so not all the street will see your room - you cannot leave the air conditioner on…The lady at the check-in desk didn’t know English which is quite common thing to know if you work in hotel. Also directed us to unready room (bed without sheets) which took us another time to settle in the room.

The staff, the beds, the cleanliness and the view of the majestic rivière Saguenay.

There was no hairdryer in the room.

Your bed and pillows were amazing. We arrived via motorcycle so applicable parking would be nice group of 12 bikes

The room and bathroom were kind of run down and worn ; our room wasn't ready until 4 and no one kept us updated or let us know when it was available; the hotel needs some upkeep on the floors with the rooms.

rooms temperature about 25.5 deg worker are not friendly came with a pro credit card and it wasn’t accepted because my name wasn’t in it that’s stupid

property was disjointed. many stairs layout was bad. it had all the amenities but just an unworkable layout

Clean room, well equipped. Calm place. Good location to visit Saguenay area.

Staff was lost with charging a different credit card than the one used for the reservation. I actually was fully charged but they were able to refund me and charge another credit card. This was needed for me to split cost with the persons I was travelling with.

The breakfast was great. We asked for fresh towels and they brought it within minutes. Clean room.

Woke up both times to a vibrating loud noise below our room at around 7:30, 8am.. We let the staff know but there was no explanation, no apologies or concern. In terms of accessibility luckily I can walk no problem but my mother with a bad hip had to walk up 10? Stairs and walk down the hall to make it to reception to reach an elevator.Parking is horrible. Had to park on the street as there were no more parking places available and a truck parked too close for comfort over the line and could have hit my car.
