    • Amazing friendly staff, a variety of foods for breakfast lunch and dinner. different venues for meals. Excellent service in room, at the pools or ocean front.

    Cons -

    • Got an incident with an uber driver. Wasn’t happy with how they handled it. Staff did not take care of me and instead sided with the Uber driver and called security on my family after check out.
    • The sales ppl on the beach was a little to pushy selling there merchandise even when told not interested. My stay was all inclusive and this made me not utilize the non motorized beach activities included in the package.

The all-inclusive package we chose was excellent. During my stay, food and drinks were abundant. All the pools were clean and well maintained.

There were power outages, and the internet was unavailable during those times. Also, one staff member, one of the ladies at the reception, demonstrated poor customer service, which I believe was influenced by prejudice. However, Ruth, from the housekeeping team, made our stay remarkable. She was always available to cater to our family’s requests and ensured that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. She truly deserves to be appreciated and recognized!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful; the pool was fantastic; the beach was great. The room was also very good; although we were allocated the wrong room at check in - this was corrected on the second day.

    1. The meal offering needs some diversification; we seemed to have the same food on offer each day for dinner and lunch. 2. Considering the hotel is coastal i expected a great offering of seafood however this was lacking. 3. Prep for meals could be better, i.e. we waited quite often for fruit to be available at meals when it run out - there would be someone cutting the fruit at mealtimes but this i feel could be done as prep ahead of meals to avoid waiting time. Same happened when there was sushi for dinner - this was being made to order vs pre-prepping this in advance. 4. Allocation of staff to high traffic services needs to be improved, i.e. there was only a single chef at the egg station which created a bottleneck and queue daily; similarly with bar service at the pool bar - more bar tenders should be allocated to reduce wait times for drinks5. Consider having a designated separate space for evening entertainment so that adults travelling without kids can still enjoy the common space

The food, the staff working in the resorts are friendly and helpful

The front office lady was very unfriendly and not very helpful The stuff needs to be trained in helping everyone fairly. They were paying more attention to white tourists and ignoring the black tourists. Once we let them know our observation they changed

Your passion for kids and activities was amazing?. Chilly banana ? amazing with kids.It was our second time there as 3 families together.- Great improvements in the Resorts, Pavilion, meal choices and dinner locations changing the ambience made it all worth n beautiful ❤️.- The transportation organised very well and followed up, thanks to Abubakar as I preferred to call him?.- We will definitely be back!! Happy New year 2026!! Flamingo getting better every day!!- All your staff including the security, itchen, housekeeping are superb and caring. SHUKRAN ,Thanks from land of DUBAI.

    - The pool area is amazing but the umbrellas and sunbeds are not enough.- So if you don't get up really early and put a towel on the beds , then all day you don't have a comfortable place to seat but on the wooden chairs with no umbrella ?️??, you get super sun burns!!- That's a major fail hope you invest in more sunbeds and their umbrellas.

    The views are great

The staff are very racist towards the local Kenyans. As a Kenyan, expect to be ignored throughout your entire stay. The food is below average. I'd recommend A La Carte food in lieu of the buffet.

I came down with stomach bug and was attended to by the hotel nurse. She arrived with medication and electrolytes and followed up the next day. Never heard of a hotel nurse before but was so grateful.

Proximity to the beach- all inclusive

The hotel taxis are super expensive but you don’t have to hire them - regular uber is half price

    9CharlesPosted on: 9-21-2025

Great food, staff were exceptional. Beach front and all inclusive was amazing. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Check out is early- but I understood because they have to get the hotels for the next guests

The beach and the animation team

All inclusive package wasn’t what was expected. The food was average and staff slow to respond

    8AlexPosted on: 8-12-2025

The kids’ club was fantastic, with friendly and welcoming staff who organized plenty of fun activities that my son absolutely loved. The food was amazing, and their chapatis were simply irresistible!

A few times, my room was cleaned after 5 p.m., which was later than I would have preferred. It would have been nicer if it had been done earlier in the day.

    10IrenePosted on: 8-12-2025

The staff members are very polite and respectful, food was excellent and I enjoyed the evening entertainment.

Rooms need to be updated. We saw new model rooms and they are nice and spacious. Unfortunately only few are ready for accommodation.

A Truly Memorable Stay at PrideInn Resort – A Solid 5-Star ExperienceFrom the moment we arrived at PrideInn Resort, we were met with genuine warmth and hospitality that made our stay nothing short of exceptional. At check-in, we were welcomed by Cynthia, whose beautiful smile and warm demeanor instantly made us feel at home. She took great care of us from the very beginning until we were comfortably settled into our rooms. Cynthia truly embodies the "pride" in PrideInn.The staff across the board were amazing, from Dismas, the waiters, Joshua, and the stewardess Eunice, to the lovely lady stewardess (I regret not catching her name).F&B Dalili Special mention to Ali, with whom we had a great time playing darts. One of the highlights of our stay was the Saturday night games team. They brought incredible energy, especially with the children. Their enthusiasm and creativity made the evening funfilled and unforgettable for the whole family.A huge thank-you to the kitchen team and chefs, a definite 5-star effort. They went out of their way to ensure my toddler had porridge ready throughout our stay without a single hiccup. That kind of attention and consistency speaks volumes. As with any experience, there's always room for improvement. During check-in, we did encounter a lady whose attitude was not in line with the otherwise outstanding hospitality we experienced. It's a gentle reminder that a team is only as strong as its weakest link. That said, the majority of the staff were true gems, incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and more than willing to help at every turn. Their dedication turned a regular vacation into something truly special. We look forward to returning and making even more memories. Keep up the excellent work, PrideInn!

Everything about the hotel is awesome, from the staff the activities, the food and the location. I give a 10/10

The location being on the beach with a beautiful sea view.Staff were friendly and helpful

Needs some maintenance and the breakfast was not good

    The staff was excellent.

The food was not the best and the facilities were dated.
