The room I got didn’t match the photo advertised here. The building is aged. The room is basic and could be cleaner. The bathroom has some smell. WiFi didn’t work. To be fair, the staff came out to try to help though it still didn’t work. Breakfast isn’t great and should be better. Overall, not great value.

Very nice breakfast and the staff were very good. I have a little mobility problem and one member of staff made me some buttered toast as it was the far side of the very big restaurant. A lovely surprise. Reception staff also good on arrival. We had room service for dinner which was excellent service and quantity.

This is the main issue. All the nearby resorts and hotels are built on the mountain side. Access to our room was extremely difficult and many guests also struggled to climb the many concrete steps. I don't know how to improve things but maybe a building contractor could make access easier. Plus, the resort is a little difficult to find after a 400 km mountain road drive. So many advertisements along the roads.

Cozy little bungalow with nice view. Very nice view out of the bathtub.

As it got rather cold during the night (end of December) we missed the possibility to get hot enough water for enjoying the bathtub. For the same reason we wished we had a heating possibility rather than air condition (even though the latter was helpful as we arrived in the afternoon and the room was quite hot from the sun heating the room during the day). Breakfast with a few good local options but not the quality of a luxury hotel (but also not the price of such a hotel). For example: Coffee: just instant powder.The interior decoration of the bungalow was tasteful (e.g the tiles in the bath room, the bathtub with its view) and surely looked pretty when everything was new. Therefore, it was a bit of a pity that the room itself was in a somewhat shabby, unattended state. For example: Cracks in the walls; glass wall in the bath room full of chalk stains, the entrance door was dragging on the ground. But from a functional viewpoint: Everything worked.WiFi only working in the restaurant which was several minutes to walk from the bungalow (we took our rental car to get there).No space for a wardrobe, the bed completely filled the little room.

The room was spacious with the balcony and terrific view. Also the delicious foods. The staffs were so kind. We went there on my BD so they offered me a plate of pizza. I am highly impressed.

Unluckily, we added one extra bed which was a bit too thin for me, consequently, I didn’t sleep well on that night

The weather during my stay is quite good, the room is quite new with furniture. The room's balcony is very impressive with the resort view.

The area inside the resort for getting from rooms to central restaurants can be confusing when driving. There aren't many signs or symbols pointing the way.

Excellent value and easy to find. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and parking close to room.

No real sound insulation between rooms but acceptable given the price and other good points.

Location, Caring staff. Overall look of the place, very peaceful.Staff went out of their way & prepared some dishes for breakfast ( pics attached) which was not part of the buffet breakfast.
