A very strategic location near to Chowrasta market and all around restaurants. Spacious property and comfortable bed.

There’s no pick up zone. So make sure you be quick and ready when you get picked up by grab/taxi.

We’ve stayed here so many times we’ve lost count—it’s our favorite spot on the island! The location is perfect: close to everything you need, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The apartment is well-equipped, and the washer-dryer is a game-changer for us. Always a great experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

Location - so close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Room size is huge - with a living room, dining area & kitchen, even the toilet is bigAmenities provided is similar to airbnb or a homestay

Street parking - there is no designated parking for guest.The close proximity to the main street means, it can be a bit noisy for light sleepers. You can hear vehicles passing through especially all those modified motorcycles and cars.

Check in was easy and staff were welcoming. Communication was easy through WhatsApp.We had a little apartment with a nice floorplan with the bedroom at one end, living room/kitchenette in the middle and bathroom at the other end. Instead of a key, we used an access code to unlock the door. This worked so much better than a key card.

The AC in the bedroom was very weak so we often woke up hot and sweaty. The bedroom ceiling much higher than the living room so the fan and cool air never seemed to reach us. The bedroom also faced a fairly busy street so there was significant street noise - mainly motorcycles. Usually the noise died down around 11pm and started again around 7am.

The apartment hotel is located on the second floor, and the location is very convenient with plenty of shops within walking distance. The staff were also very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Nothing in particular — overall, everything was great. My only small suggestion would be to add more lighting in the kitchen and bathroom, perhaps with brighter fixtures or a standing lamp. It would make the space feel even more comfortable.

Room clean and tidy, location was quite strategy, easy for food hunting and buy some stuff nearby of the hotel. Overall its a great experince stay here

Staff respond too late and waiting time also too late, management should do better way for make sure its wont happen again.

Good location..

Can be a bit noisy as it faces the main road. TV reception can be problematic. Need to keep rebooting the digital signal. No soap for hand wash in the toilet. Suggest to put a liquid hand wash.

Location was spot on.. a great coffee place just round the corner. then famous halal char kuateow also walking distance. and 2 mamak shop across each street. you wont be hungry!!

Aircon at the living room was weak.. just blowing warm air.. we all had to sit in room to cool down. Need to check on that Admin!

Hutton Central is a very comfortable place to stay. The room is more like an apartment with plenty of space and facilities like a fridge, washing machine etc.Note: people complain about the reception not being occupied but the staff communicate very reliably via WhatsApp. There is plenty of noise from the street, but that is to be expected for a downtown location in Asia.Would definitely stay here again.

Our default hotel on the island. Close enough to everything that matters; not too close so you're away from the madness. Well appointed apartment with a washer dryer that's always a deal-maker for us.p/s: thank you for the upgrade ❣️

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city and conveniently situated in front of an excellent Nasi Kandar restaurant. If you're not a light sleeper, the street noise won't be an issue. The room itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with high ceilings that add to the sense of openness. It comes fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a convenient 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer. The staff are exceptionally helpful and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

No elevator/ lift. So, if you bring big luggages, they'd be a hassle.

Close to old Georgetown.

Trucks in the early morning. Need to have better sound proof windows.

The room was in a great downtown location with many restaurants, a bakery, and several mini-marts nearby. We did not have a car so we either walked or took Grab to go everywhere and it worked great. The main living space was large and we spent a lot of time at the dining table or on the couch during the warmer parts of the day. The bedroom was separate so if one of us got up early we did not bother the other. The combo washer/drawer was great to have as well. The room had a good shower and a decent-size bathroom as well.

The room was beginning to show some wear. Some missing flecks of paint on the walls, a chip in the flooring, a large stain on the seat of the couch, and so on. The bum gun in the bathroom leaked, but it was easy to turn the water to the hose off between uses, so not a great problem. There was nobody in the property's office during our stay, so we had to communicate via WhatsApp with the staff, including sending them a message when we were 10-15 minutes away on arrival. That could be troublesome if a traveler did not have phone service arranged before arrival. We were there during Ramadan so they may have been running on fewer staff than normal, but response times were good nevertheless.

The property is clean and updated with good kitchen facilities. Bathroom clean with good shower pressure. Aircon works fine and quiet. Large spacious room. Large bed with soft and comfortable pillows. Most of the eateries and places of interest are within walking distance if don't mind the traffic otherwise you call a Grab taxi which is the most convenient way to move around the town and the fare is reasonable. The staff Seyviar Lam and team were very helpful and nice. Check in was smooth and they allow me to check in early. Communication is through "whatsapp" and the response is fast.

The property is along the road side if don't mind the traffic noise . Need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
