Location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Ambience at coffee place cosy and relaxing

The lift does work well.. The room door system is faulty. Card does work and needs to reset every time you leave the room

Had a great time with my wife staying there for a short vacation. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We had the unit with sea view and it was beautiful during sun set.

The room was quite small with minimum power points.

Convenient, because around everything we need..Restaurants and Gurney shop near by.

The wifi didn't work..bad.. The shower area and toilet together is a bit tight.

Bathroom is dirty and not properly clean. Lots of stains.

Location is really close to street food outlet as well as d Gurney Walk. Parking was ample. Water dispenser (hot nd cold) was conveniently located in front of d lift lobby aside from d bottled drinking water provided in d room daily. Direction of kiblat was also pasted on d ceiling, tq. Late check out at 2pm was charged additional rm30 only for twin room. Staff was polite nd helpful. Overall, recommended for budget stay.

Besides the room issue our biggest issue is the staff that upon our check out, she did not even bother to check the room properly and my husband actually left his handphone in the toilet and forget abt it, we already in kedah when we realise that the phone was left and we called the hotel and she only went up to check upon our request and only then she saw it, my question is what did she check upon us returning the keys and waites for her to come down with our deposit return? What did she check? If she check properly this thing won't happened and we won't trouble ourself from kedah ride up bck to penang, we were already on out way to Perlis before we could enter Thailand!!!!!! This is not acceptable

Nothing good about it except it's located at Gurney Drive.

Room is not as what shown in the picture. Terribly small, looks run down. Have ants crawling around me while I'm sleeping. Will never recommend it to anyone, please don't book this hotel. You definitely will regret it. Might as well pay a little bit extra to stay elsewhere. Those who have booked please request to see your room first before paying otherwise go and stay somewhere else.

The location was very strategic to Gurney Mall and eateries surrounds it.

The room is atrociously small and not neat.The walls got so many damages and ruin the look.Toilet has water leaking and makes the wall paint to expand out.The door access is so terrible that doesn't use scan card but instead key. Door knob also seems to be so worn out and damaged.

Room door lock malfunctioning cannot be locked. Hotel out of rooms. Offered to stay in the staff room. Offered free breakfast as compensation

AC was good, room was clean.

One of our rooms could not be accessed upon check in as the door latch was locked from the inside.Shampoo/bodywashdispenser doesn't work
