The location is good. Most places of interests can be reached if willing to walk and if it is not raining. I went there with my two teenagers and we can walk to most places with the help of google map.We are a family of 4 stay and we stay four nights. The hotel is also within walking distance to The Top. The room is clean and tidy, you can see there are cleaners cleaning the lifts as well as keeping the lobby area dry as it is raining when we were there. The aircon is good. There are two hairdryers, one inside the toilet and the other can be found in the bedroom area. Seriously, there is nothing for me to complain. The counter staff are nice and helpful too.

Front desk hospitality was superb good! They even let us did early checked-in as the room was ready!Also, there was the Water Dispenser at the lobby area which so suit for family who brings infant / toddler that need the warm/ hot water anytime!

The location is great, accessible to diversified eateries and we could easily walk to a few destinations we’d like to explore.

The sound of AC is too loud that disturbs sleep. The AC is also located on top of where we sleep and the wind blew our head and face, making us feel uncomfortable while we sleep.The staff was not resourceful. We asked questions about recommendations nearby but simply got the answer that he didn’t know.

The room is so comfy..real value for money..good stay for work travelling purpose..very near to town..easy access to grab..

The noise! It feels like this building was built without considering nosies at all. I think some guests started showering very early in the morning, and the water flowing down the pipe made such a loud noise that it woke me up. I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. I could hear conversations in the room next to me. If noises in general bother you, then I recommend not staying at this hotel.

The friendly and helpful staffs help me early check-in and the room is bigger than my expectation

Not much place to find food. Hotel does not provide Official Payment Receipt, only Invoice claiming it is Receipt and Bill. No breakfast. Price a bit high.

Very central to Georgetown and with close access to bus routes (great if you need to go to Komtar), modern hotel and comfortable

The bathroom smelled strange most days, the bed pillows were dirty (hairs) on the inside

The cleanliness, friendly staff and at town centre. Easy access. Great value for money.

The staff allowed early check in (initially we thought of just dropping our bags then check in later, but the receptionist was helpful to check any clean room availability!) and there was water dispensor in the lobby. Basic amenities are all available, which was an excellent touch to this new hotel

The location is superb, near city centre. Rooms very clean and spacious, comfortable beds. Value for money. Highly recommended.?????? Staff very helpful.
