- Very clean and friendly staff, they were excellent! The room was very modest and not too small, especially for solo travelers or pairs
- Clean, warm, comfortable beds. Plenty if hot water. Modern looking but a little cheap in places. Space for parking. Reduced price entry to swimming pool/spa. Restaurant next to hotel rooms for breakfast. Check-in person was friendly and explained everything. Quiet hotel.
- We travelled in early September and the spa facilities were not available. We didn’t really want to use them but if you did they were not available. The bed was only a double but it was comfortable. We had a bigger room but need to carried bags upstairs. Very quiet setting when we visited. Hot shower.

- The balcony portion was a bit misleading but it did definitely have a porch outside like advertised!
- Tricky to find, and located in a strange area a long way from amenities such as shops and restaurants. Not a proper reception area, had to check-in at spa centre. Hotel is called Talia. Parking is on grass area opposite hotel. Restaurant closed when we arrived at 8pm. No one for check-out, just leave key card in a basket. Only small towels provided.
- For a non-Asian traveller the towel size is not what you are used to. Also the bed was only a double and there was no bedside table.

Clean, quiet and peaceful environment to be rested-over. The best point was Althe high quality of natural Spa which can be enjoyable even in the room, private bath-tub.
In general, please increase the number of electronic devices for charging phone battery in bed room.
