Excellent staff and service from Nidhi and front offfice team, restaurant team and house keeping team !

Because of the bad experiences it was not at all a good experience to stay there or suggest anyone else to stay there. Kindly check the section that says "What didn't you like"?

There were multiple instances which we were not aware of 1. Guests visiting was not allowed Had to checkin paid extra just to visit2. Staff was asking to many questions to the guest felt very weird the experience itself was daunting3. They kept asking guest which room whats your room no and did you check in and asked to check their bag aswell just because he was siting in common area for long time! 4. These seems small but affects a lot to people who are staying 5. Guest asked for another room (paid) and was denied 6. WHen they checked in they paid extra which includes extra mattress and breakfast both was not attended by guest 7. Guest was asked multiple times for their Key Card! to get access of lift and other common spaces8. Shower was leaking after turning the knob.due to the issues mentioned above. Hospitality wise it was a bad experience.

Very poor hygiene maintain staff wasn't helpfull food was not good

I was given an early check in as requested. The room was spacious. Our conference venue was close to the Hotel. The house keeping staff was efficient. The front desk staff was professional and check in was quick. The bathroom was spacious and the toiletries were good. Safety issues were well considered in the design of the bathrooms. The The breakfast spread was good.

The facility looks run down and the furniture appears old. The electric tea kettle in the room was not working. The lighting in the room was inadequate. The lifts were of some unknown brand and did not function efficiently. Though the staff were polite , require additional training to achieve service standard of a 5 star facility.

Rooms are spacious and clean

Upkeep of the property is pathetic. Everything is old and unkept. This property needs to be renovated fresh. Things that are broken continue to remain broken for months till someone complains. The property entrance gatekeepers are lethargic and don’t help with checking luggage. Parking valet is missing half the time and I had to go down to the basement to get my own car twice. Not a five star feel

There was no water supply in the hotel, and no solution n support from staff they were clueless and helpless

Washroom Door was not locking as well as garbage tìn was not opening & old interior

The hotel frequently rents out to large weddings at the back open space. With lot of guests staying at the hotel, so lifts, restaurants, main hotel lobby and parking gets super chaotic in the morning and evenings

Rooms are nice and large. But we have to say this is not 5 Star as it claims to be. Staff are nice but really do not take any responsibility for issues raised.

The noise level outside. Also due to issues the manager should have considered winning us over perhaps with the breakfast. Breakfast for which we paid for was manic! Had to wait 30 mins for a chai... in india! Good gym tho

Property was good but staff was rude and gave us two separated beds and upon requested to merge them no one had come.

I called reception multiple times for room cleaning but they haven’t send anyone till our checkout.The staff was mostly entertaining the wedding guests only and not focusing on regular guests in hotel and restaurant also while having breakfast.

Zero star property and Super Rude staff,

This property is terrible, staff behaviour was super rude, they over charged, room was not clean, elevator was stinking, towel has blood on it, service is super slow and location of property is not preferable.

Room service was poor. Reception meeting and greeting was not up to mark.

Food taste , location of property feels fairly disconnected from the main city especially when you are shopping savvy from the place you visit.

The behavior of the staff and the receptionist was very rude. Not at all able to talk in the proper manner.

Rooms are not clean, towels were dirty, wifi-internet is very slow.

Breakfast is wholesome with variety. Love the swimming Pool, which is full size and well maintained. Room is very spacious, have royal feeling.

Maintenance was poor. Staff is not capable of attending to basic issues like AC temperature setting. Cleaning is done at very surface level. You could spot corners, edges which are not cleaned for long. Service attitude does not exist.
