It was clean

Late at night slot of humming and noises of moving of furniture from the upper floor

The location on the bay next to a series of restaurants. The breakfast was yummy. The quality-price relation is excellent.

No complaints at the moment.

The location is perfect. The staff could not be nicer. The room is super comfy. Our only complaint was that the room did not get warm enough. They turned up their furnace and moved us to a lower room.

TV is limited in channels.Breakfast limited - not enough salads and healthy food optionsThere was a group of people (disabled) who made a mess at the breakfast, there was loud noises during our stay. Also they were messing around with food with their hands contaminating foodWe could not take breakfast together because of our pet even though there is outside space, this was not an optionPillows very uncomfortable

The room was booked as sea view but the balcony was partial seaview and another balcony facing garbage skips plot.. It was actually the one thing I was really looking forward to wake up and look at a nice view for a change. It should be indicated that its part sea view as it was misleading.

Breakfast was good and staff very nice and friendly. Room was clean as was linen.

Unfortunately, after settling in, we had to change rooms because of work being carried out. They could have given us this room in the first place, as then we had to repack and unpack again in the new room. The TV in the new room was not working when we asked the receptionist, we were told that there was a problem with the Wi-Fi. In the morning, the technician said the remote had no batteries and there was no problem with reception. My husband had an accident at 9 pm. and we needed a bandage. The receptionist went to look for one but then said they did not have any in the first aid box. We also asked for an extra sheet and first we were told that there weren't any available as housekeeping were closed, then we were given an enormous white cloth which draped on the floor on all sides. Looked more like a table cloth than sheet.

It has a good situation. Close to the sea.

1. The beds were very squeaky. That we were waking up each other every time we moved. 2. The sunblock on the curtains was all shattered. Very careless. 3. The breakfast wasn’t exceptional.

In the evening we had no hot water in our room. The pool is very small so it's better to go to the beach

I was in many places before this hotel but this one was not worthed at all. No water heater only coldRooms very old and out datedAnd very expensive I don't like to make bad reviews but this hotel is not worthed at all the money i spend

The view from the room to the sea was nice. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room was a bit old and tired, and we didn’t really enjoy the pool.

The corridor door always slamming everytime they pass. I could not sleep , during breakfast no jam, honey or syrup

The hotel standard was better in 2017 the last time we stayed from Australia. The standard was very high with the room and breakfast.

furnishings outside were fragile and needed updating, the pillows were uncomfortable for me.
