Great location

It’s a construction site right now, very loud. In the price we paid we expected to have a shower but instead there was a bucket and not even with hot water. The breakfast was very minimal and in one of the days they gave us an omelet and that’s it.

It's a good property near to Palolem Beach.

Hotel from hell.We happened to book this hotel judging by its Booking.com pictures - they were probably taken 20 years ago because the place is falling apart.Rooms: The whole place is held together by staplers. No you read that right. It has staplers on the walls. Throughout. Cobwebs galore. The toilets are not properly fixed, unstable when you use them. Flush was leaking everytime. Atleast I hope it was the flush ?? Glass on window broken and the shower was like being under water pins. Water was murky brown.The beds are 2 single beds joined together that split when you sleep. It was supposed to be the AC deluxe bedroom.The sheets, the curtains, the bedding were covered in black mould. The cupboard was covered in white mould. The pillow covers smelt like armpits. The towels smelt disgusting. We asked them to change everything, which they complied. But the first claimed it was “clean only”.The last day of our stay the plumbing broke (was about time!) and we had to freshen up in someone else’s room. That too after waiting and asking them to fix it for over 2 hours.They tried to charge us for water bottles that came free with the room, especially when their RO water was unsinkable. Brown. Smelly.Vicky on the staff is amicable and helpful. Rest of them are either gossiping or scrolling on their phone. We saw a male and female staff member coming out of a room together and then hastily blabbering nonsense to cover up the awkwardness, which was extremely weird behaviour for us. The cameras were not working in this area which they’d obviously know about. We had pointed this out when we had first moved into the room.They take the full payment upfront because they know you won’t want to pay after seeing the rooms!I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a hazard. The owner really needs to pull their socks up because the place is falling apart, both service and property wise!Only saving grace is it’s kind of near the beach.

I liked the environment, the staff behaviour was so sweet that they seemed like family ? ambience is amazing, it's an very beautiful ❤️ place. Lots of privacy u get.. u can enjoy the nature surrounded to it.. overall it's super cool .. ?

Washroom need to be repaired as it's spoiling the entire beauty of room and the mood of the person who chooses the stay..

We liked the bed and pillows, and a working fan in the room. Quiet during the night. The room was quite spacious with a balcony.

We paid for breakfast included and they didn't have breakfast to offer on day one. We eventually got refunded for it but it was quite a hassle as the staff wasn't very friendly or proactive in trying to help. On day two, they promised breakfast and there were Indian options, toast and butter. I would recommend choosing a room with AC as we struggled a lot with the heat in the wooden cottages. Not that we needed it, but there was no hot water in the showers. The distance to the beach was actually 15-20 minutes walking and while the location is close to a few shops and restaurants, for value for money that are many options closer to the beach with air conditioner and just as comfortable.

The location is a little way from the city, so it's very quiet.

The photos are misleading as the establishment is very poorly maintained.Above all, I have the impression that I've been cheated, because when I reread the reviews of the place, I realise that the majority of them are false reviews with a score of 10 in order to raise the overall score.

Great value for money, great location, 10 minute walk to the beach, food was good, we enjoyed our stay

A sheet would have been preferred over a blanket.

I absolutely loved that the staff opened up reception and allowed us to check in very early (at about 04.30) despite the fact that we had forgotten to warn them.I also liked the location and general appearance of the hotel, very cool and laid back. Great layout. The breakfast was pretty okay too but fresh fruit would definitely have enhanced it.

Unfortunately this place is overpriced for the actual state of repair. The owner needs to decide whether to drop the price and sell it as glorified camping or serious renovations need to be done. The electrics for fans and lighting is poor. The bathrooms are disgusting. After seeing my pillows, I didn’t dare check the mattress; they were vile and I’m not a prude!The gym could be an amazing USP but the fans don’t work and windows don’t open, furthermore, much equipment needs replacing or repairing.

It’s a good location and rooms are very spacious! I didn’t experience any discomfort from the staff, it was quiet at night and the whole hotel area is nice.

The first room they gave me was on the basement level. I didn’t like it because there was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. I asked for a different room and they gave me a better room upstairs (with balcony from courtyard). Breakfast are simple but for me it was ok

Wonderful stay here - very clean room with a very comfortable bed, big bathroom! The balcony is lovely also; lots of space. Great location, quiet and in nature but a short walk to peaceful Patnem beach and lots of good restaurants. The staff are friendly, the breakfast buffet is good value and tasty!

Nice simple and comfortable accommodation in between Palolem and Patnem. Comfy enough bed, hot shower, spacious, and basic amenities for a short stay ?

Breakfast was included but wasn't worth having in my opinion. Also wasn't a fan of the mouse and cockroach in my room.

Quite clean

It's a hotel nor a disco. I don't know why the staff thinks they need to put the music on at 10pm to make you happy. There was literally noone in the restaurant yet they kept playing music. Luckily they stopped it when I told them I wanted to sleep.

The hotel is budget-friendly and just a short walk from the Taj Mahal. The parking facilities were very good, and the rooms were perfect for a family stay. A great choice for a peaceful and comfortable visit.

The best vacation spot! Clean cottages, delicious food, and a relaxing ambiance.
