Loved our stay at Coco Cabana. The staff were super sweet and made everything easy. The huts were clean, cozy, and right by the beach. Its perfect for a peaceful break and we will try to visit again.

A couple more hooks in the bathroom would be nice.

The property location and cleanliness, we visit O3 resort once in a year for their hospitality and property location

The rooms are not cleaned, bedsheets are torn,manager behaviour is not supported for check in and check out, also costly

Had a wonderful experience at O3. Staff were very courteous. I would like to call out both Dilli and Resham from dining services for their brilliant service.

I stayed with my family for 2 days.. it was a wondering experience.. food was amazing… All staff member are really supportive and happy to help… Specially Mr.Deli( staff member) was very polite and help you to select right dishes… thank you o3 team..Will definitely visit again ??

Everything about the property is good especially Cleanliness, Services and staff behaviour.

I loooved the private terrace overlooking the beach and the staff were awesome.

The music was quite loud until 11pm - 12 at night - so just be warned if you like an early night!

Right on the beach. Staff really nice. They really try given the fact that it’s not much more than a beach hut. They truly Moe an effort.

There were bugs in the bathroom.

Location is the only good thing as it is located right on the palolem beach

Rooms are not clean, we had been offered a room tucked away in the back of the property, and there was an awful smell around it. Thankfully, it was not inside the room itself. There were no services as such and frankly the room was overpriced as it did not have any amenities whatsoever.

Fantastic room right on the beach at Palolem. Great view. Nice food & breakfast in restaurant below.It would have been great if the room had a kettle & tea/ coffee for the price of the room.

The Restaurant was great and the staff were really nice plus the beach beds with towels were free. Right on the beach

Everything was good i found the manager little rudeWe were trying to ask for late check out and we had kids with us. He rudely declined the offer.

The location and staff were brilliant.

The bed wasn’t great, shower very slow and there was access to my balcony from other rooms and no fridge in room. Beware of the taxi mafia outside the property. Had a nightmare with them.

All the staff were great, Mohin was really helpful with booking taxi and general advice. The room was really nice and clean and the extra touches of water on our door in the morning was really thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious. Good location too. Overall a really nice place to stay, would come back.

It was on the beach and the staff were friendly and helpful.As huts so close together great for multiple hut bookings for family and friend groups.

Not relaxing for couples huts closer than look on photos. No real privacy and noisy overnight both techno music next door and family and friend groups. Better value and more relaxing options available for couples. I agree with other customers there is pressure to eat dinner at the 03.Final point beach sellers relentless . There are lots of them and they sit on bottom of sun bed without asking and even disturb you when you have your eyes closed.

Excellent staff, very attentive and extremely helpful.The food was beautiful, especially the freshly caught fish, king prawns, etc

Sund loungers and beach towels needed renewing.

Super service of manager Mohin Pasha and the other super friendly staff . Moshi helped us with finding a great other stay since this place was fully booked for afterwards, with a smile and in very good English!!!
