Jivana Resort

Loved the tropical, relaxed oasis close to the crazy Kuta Lombok central hub.

I didn’t like how the pool was murky.

Breakfast was amazing - lots of variety and always delicious. Staff at resort were extremely helpful and friendly - assisting with every query or question.

The property was beautiful with fish ponds, turtles, chickens, frogs, plants, a fantastic pool. Food was wonderful and the staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can easily book a driver or a tour, or do yoga. They went all out for a romantic dinner for us. Absolutely lovely.

Because the bathroom is outdoors, which is amazing, the mosquito spray each evening began to bother my allergies. I understand it’s needed, but it did bother my asthma a bit near the end of our stay.

The garden with the turtles and the big pool was fantastic, there is also a yoga program and mediation classes. The breakfast was wonderful, it's very close to the main road from Kuta but in the resort it's quiet.

the pool water was very heavily chlorinated, all swimwear turned yellow from the water.

A little oasis, so relaxing, great for families (we were with our 3yo), great restaurant, excellent value for money. Book it!

We had a slight issue with the shower drain not working properly but staff were quick to respond and do extra cleaning as necessary

We loved that there are turtles and animals around the garden. Relaxing ambience with the opportunity to have a yoga class or a massage right out of your room door. Nice staff helpful and attentive with good English. Amazing cappuccino!

The slide doors don’t close perfectly then you have mosquito and bugs in the room however they provide the necessary to protect yourself. The only place where you can hang your clothes is in the bathroom that is open/outdoor style. The shower needed a bit of maintenance but it was overall pleasant and good!

Incredible facilities! Very luxurious with turtles and birds freely roaming. Staff was over the top friendly and gracious.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent! The private pool was a big plus. Really recommend this place and the Villa with a pool.

This is not the hotel's fault but there are not that many options for taxis. The staff would do their best to arrange transportation but it must happen beforehand so you must plan ahead

Staff, rooms, pool and food

Property was amazing, tranquil, clean and entertaining. Staff were always tending to the grounds and wildlife that freely roam the property. Location was great, quiet and lots of restaurants/warungs close by, particularly ‘Happy Pizza’ just down the road!

Nothing, it was hard to want to leave and go explore the surrounding areas!

Awesome resort and awesome villa. Tortoises walking around the paths in the morning during breakfast, massive Koi in the pond for the kids to watch, a beach at the pool, brilliant food, brilliant staff, fantastic location in Kuta, not on the strip but easily walkable in 5 minutes. Scooter hire, yoga, floating sound bath classes, all kinds of good stuff for everyone.Overall, it's really good. Would go again if I was in the area in the future.

Jivana resort is a very beautiful restful space in amoungst beautiful gardens. From my first entrance to I felt welcomed. Diwa and Dedi are a very balanced mix of funny comedy, kindness and respect for the customer. The kitchen team including the smiling Leni were all excellent. Isna and her incredibly skilled massages were such a treat. And of course Agus, the very talented cocktail barman - wow his espresso martini is best I’ve had! His readiness to engage in great conversation helped me to learn much about Lombok- thankyou

The grounds were absolutely spotless . The staff were amazing . There is not one bad thing we could say about the resort . A highlight was the turtles free roaming around the grounds .

Loved the pool with a beach and the food was of a high standard. Breakfast choice was beautifully presented and great quality. Room had a very clean and comfy bed with mosquito nets. Water was provided in the room and tea/coffee making facilities along with a mini fridge. Fish pond outside each room too! Massage very relaxing.

No bathrobes in the bathrooms.

Everything was wonderful, a little gem within the newly growing city of kuta lombok!

Lovely and comfortable resort. The setting is beautiful with all the tress, greenery and turtles. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The pool area is great and it even has a pool bar. Staff are excellent and so friendly. Special thanks to Agus at the pool bar for his exceptional service. We both had a treatment at the spa and I can say that the reflexology was wonderful and highly recommended. Location is great too- just a short walk from the main street with all the restaurants. Our TV in the room wasn’t working but not a big deal for us. We will definitely be back here for our next stay in Lombok.

Lovely gardens and restaurant

Had to have a router placed in room to get stable wifi however that worked well.

The rooms are spacious, clean, the pool is great, and the gardens lush and green. The breakfast is very varied and tasty. Staff is very friendly.

The shower in our room broke, and staff tried to repair it multiple times without success. Staff entered our room to fix the shower without letting us know and tried to charge us for replacing shower parts that were absolutely worn by previous use. The Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms is not great.

I really liked the size of the rooms, the beautiful gardens and the pool area.
