We ask someday clean the room and didn't throw the rubbish and replace tea and code.

Very comfortable room, huge bed, the staff and owners very friendly.One more thing, they have the very clean and cute beach front with two coconut right at the front, such a great spot !!!

Pillows were not very comfortable

The staff was very, very kind very knowledgeable great breakfast. I came in late and it was no problem at all. Everything was as stated the owner of the place and other guest were very friendly. They have a on site boat company for snorkeling. The Capt.‘s name was Imi very great English Very knowledgeable and very kind.

The woman (Rosa?) Working at the place was super helpful and kind. She was very pleasant and helped us arrange a boat to go snorkeling and a transport to our next place. She did her best to make our stay good, easy and pleasant This accommodation is very remote. It is quiet but difficult to get to (and relatively expensive $30-$45usd each way for transportation) since not many people go this way. She helped us figure out how to get back up where we needed to go for a more reasonable price when no other drivers would take us.

As listed above it is a long way and expensive to get to this accommodation so know that when you book it. It was double what we anticipated for transport as it is a couple hours from the other places most tourists go. This is not about the hotel specifically, but about our experience there. We went there specifically to go snorkeling. We asked the hotel to arrange a snorkel boat to take us out to the snorkeling spots on the islands for us. Which they did, however the boat/ captain they ordered for us did not actually know the area to go snorkeling at. This was very frustration and disappointing as this is the whole reason we went out of our way to travel to this area and spent an extra day of travel and $100usd to do. I have read in many places that these "secret gili Islands" have some of the best snorkeling in lombok/indonesia.This was the only reason we traveled several hours out of our path to them. Not only did the boatmen not know where the good snorkeling there was, they refused to take me to the spots when I saw other boats (presumably actual SNORKEL boats) stopping to snorkel at them. It was a big disappointment and waste of our valuable very limited time here and money. So if you are going for snorkeling make sure you know exactly where you need to go on the islands and make sure you are actually taken to the right places to actually see what you came to see. Because we did not get to see it because the boatman didn't know where to go for snorkeling at all. They just wanted to take us where they wanted to so they could get commission from the restraunt on the island. That is not what we came for, very disappointing for us. If we had know this we never would have gone to this area at all.

Everything was good and I'd stay there again.

The room had an unpleasant smell. I woke up early morning like 5am and saw car sleeping in food serving tray on top of kitchen bar table. Probably, not the healthiest thing to see.

This is a hidden gem. The best place to stay after the hustle and bustle of Kuta in Lombok. It’s very quiet and the place has everything you need - food, boats to get to Island, air con, balcony on room, clean water and helpful staff.

The hotel's beautiful beachfront location is truly wasted on the building that occupies it. The staff, with the exception of the owner, is helpful.

We had the 'pleasure' of seeing two rooms because the first one assigned to us had both the sink and the shower drain completely clogged, and there were disgusting grease stains all over the sheets. Even in the second room, we had to ask for the sheets to be changed again because they were stained. In general, every single surface in the rooms was covered in a layer of grime, limescale, or grease. The towels provided were so filthy I wouldn’t even use them to dry my dog. The bathroom mat was in such poor condition that it should be thrown away rather than washed. The owner didn’t show the slightest bit of regret for the appalling state of the first room (I personally had to point out the huge grease stains on the sheets).

The best part is the location. You get direct beach access and it‘s perfect for a few relaxing days. The staff was always very friendly to us.

Our room had a bad smell coming from the shower drains. The manager tried to fix it immediately, which only somewhat worked. On the next day we got transferred to another room, which was very good and had no problems. So not to big of a deal after all.

it's not often you arrive for your stay and find the accommodation as it's pictured online, owned and built by Kiwi ex-pat Roy, it's obvious the place is run by someone who knows what his customers expect. The place really is a paradise.Really good food and a great location for exploring the surrounding islands and southwest tip of Lombok.We arrived and immediately booked extra nights.Thanks for your hospitality and very nice to meet you.

Room could had been cleaner.. some dead insects behind the sofa. Not big deal, just wondering. Why they were there ? I know it is high season but I think it was a little over priced

Lovely hotel at a reasonable price in Sekotong. A warm welcome from the owners and staff - you are made to feel at home. Big rooms, comfortable bed and hot shower. Swimming pool and private beach access available. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner options too. Hotel staff can arrange boat trips to the gilli islands from the hotel. Scooter hire also available. A relaxing stay in a beautiful location. Owner gave us a lift to our next accommodation in Sekotong too! Thanks for the hospitality ?

Spotlessly clean, warm and supportive staff who kindly allowed is to leave our rental car there when going to one pf the local islands. The food was really delicious too.
