PinkCoco Gili Air - Constant Surprises & for Cool Adults Only

Everything. The ambience, the service, the food and the staff. And the little fun surprises were enjoyable!

Loved the little extras like turn down service and free 'snacks' during the day. Private snorkel trip was a highlight. The food options were great. Pool was great. Staff were really friendly and very helpful.

The beach was not sandy but more coral. Didn't like that we hadn't booked to stay there longer. ;-)

The property is amazing. Great service. Staff incredible. Only adults, so... peace. The bed comfy. Everything clean and well kept. Definitely one of the top places to stay in the island. They're constantly offering you treats, juices, smiles. The presents in your room are so thoughtful. There's so much love put into this place. I had never experienced a hotel like this!

My only complaint was the restaurant and the beach. The food was a hit and a miss. They kept bringing me cold veggies for breakfast. But the most annoying part were the gigantic flies. It made the experience super stressful most days. The lobster was bland and overcooked. But other dishes were good... although none were amazing.The beach... you're not in front og turqouise waters. It's not an ideal beach to lay down on because the "sand" isn't soft. I just walked 6 min to the beaches that were truly worth it.I booked the best room, in front of the ocean, but it has electricity cables ruining the view. The room was amazing, though! I'm just being picky.

Overall great hotel and very friendly staff. Location is good and close to the best beach club Sands. The rooms were a bit small though and there are not that many sunbeds to share which was not so optimal. We really appreciated the small surprises everyday.

The property was incredibly! It felt like in a fairytale. It really was one of it’s kind and everything was well thought out to make our time there as memorable and hospitable as ever!!!! This was the best hotel of all the 5 hotels that we stayed in Indonesia, hands down. Can’t wait to be back!

We liked EVERYTHING ?

Highly recommend. Right on the beach. Facilities are great. Staff is excellent, warm and always willing to accommodate anything that’s needed to give you an excellent day. We needed to change rooms and they upgraded us right away without question.Each night they offer a little surprise in the room, which was adorable. I also really loved being on the quiet side of the island.

The lovely pool area-- especially when vacant at sunrise, and illuminated by candles at night... 24-hour swimming was allowed... Free drinking water bottle refills available at the restaurant bar.

Too many shortcomings in our room's functionality, cleanliness and comfort...The resort's entryway was a construction zone during our stay, blocking any ocean view from the pool area...Other guests clearly received better service at the restaurant than we did (for whatever reason)...

I can only say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the cleanliness, the service, the kindness, the food (I can’t even begin to describe how amazing it was) — everything was simply magical. Lorena, along with all the other staff (Jean, Mai, etc.), made our stay truly the best experience we had in all of Indonesia. We can’t wait to come back! I would recommend it with my eyes closed.

Everything! A place this “themed” (pink pink pink) could be kitsch - it wasn’t, it was glorious. Delighted in the style, the detail, the gentle humour, the thoughtful everything. Loved that it was adults only. Adored the exceptionally gracious, caring and friendly staff. And their promise to deliver “surprises for cool adults” was constantly over delivered! If pink wasn’t my favourite colour before, it is now.

Wow!! In our 4 months of travel this is hands down our favorite hotel on our journey. It lived up to its tag line of Constant Surprises - For Cool Adults Only. The people of the property, John who checked with us constantly to ensure we were having a good time, Rozi who attended to our every need in the dining area and Lorena, our Spanish buddy from Tenerife who made us feel like family - and not to forget Yuni who sorted out all of our transportation needs.We felt welcome from the moment we checked in and were lead to our Cocoon which was well appointed with a king size bed and huge bathroom with a unique shower. The TV has the necessary HDMI and USB ports to allow us to use our Google TV which was supported by a better than usual island WiFi. The room was serviced twice a day with two bottles of filtered water provided each time.The property is on the beach and a bit away from the main town, but there are shops and restaurants in both directions.PinkCoco features a wonderful restaurant with seating on the beach or on the second floor, where you can catch remarkable sunsets. The breakfast is from a menu with a variety of mains that also include coffee/tea, fruit juice smoothies, breads and unlimited selection of sides which is rather comprehensive (fruit plate, bacon, sausage, avocado, eggs, etc.)The pool has more than enough loungers and cabanas, we never were without seating. The property also has a spa that features a variety of massage packages, we chose the couples massage on mother's day. As for the surprises, they were plentiful but if I told you what they were, they wouldn't be a surprise.I can't say enough about this property and the wonderful people who make is such a cool place. Also, it was one of the first on our journey that really practiced sustainability - metal straws and hung towels are not replaced.

Staff were all very friendly. The night secxurity guard gave us a bag of crisps one night, when we thought we could buy snacks (it was too late, the office was closed by 11pm and he kindly offered us some crisps : ))Spa hot stone massge. - also fantastic. Thank you, Dea and Zakia!Sunset cruise was a lovely booked extra. Highly recommend.Dailly breakfat is great, despite relatively limited options.

Overall this place seems to be more focused on Instagram/TikTok clout than providing exceptional quality. While the staff we encountered were briliiantt, we found the below to be subpar, considering the hotel's stat rating:- the evening meal: the ribs were over-seasoned, the pizza not tasting good. Couldn't finish it, but the staff member was super helpful in asking questions and resolving.- pillows are too soft, so sleep isn't vert comfortable - it is not clear which of the daily surprises are yours to keep The personalised white/pink water bottle –– you have to give it back at checkout which made me wonder how many others had put their mouths on it! Also the personalised PJs are laid on the bed, but you are later told at checkout that it's not youra to keep. it's for social media ? .Why would you post on social media for something that is not, in fact, a gift to keep?- bathroom had an awful smell. We had to burn incense daily to tey to disguse it. It's a mixture of horse manure which is used for the plants, and stale urine from rpevious guest perhaps? When we mentioned this to housekeeping, he kindly disinfected the bathrrom, and we could smell the difference. Why not do so before guest arrival, and daily? It would be good to have access ro late-night snack bar. Everything ahuts off at 11pm.

In my humble opinion the beach is not that great where hotel is situated, but head South on 5min walk and you’ll see the difference. Was still a great place to enjoy!

This hotel is simply amazing! It feels like a 5-star experience — the attention to detail, the charming ambiance, and the incredibly friendly staff make you feel right at home. Lorena stood out with her warmth and helpfulness. We loved the free bikes and the snorkeling trip on their adorable pink boat — so worth it! The private beach offers stunning sunsets and a peaceful vibe without the usual hassle. The food is great too — generous breakfast and delicious meals throughout the day. If you enjoy wine, the Indonesian rosé was a lovely surprise. One of the most special places I’ve ever stayed!

Nothing. It was amazing

The hotel is beautiful and very well decorated. Lots of places to relax including the beautiful pool, oceanside bean bags and beach beds and a nice restaurant overlooking the ocean. The beach is especially great for sunsets. The staff is very welcoming and constantly check in with you. They leave notes and cookies in your room and come around offering free snacks during the day at times. Jan the customer service manager is really great and even gave us free massages as we stayed with the hotel for 10 nights

The hotel is located on the west side of the island which is not great for swimming and snorkeling as there is no sea life and you can't swim during low tide. The east side is much better with reefs and turtle spotting (about a 25 min walk from the hotel). The west side is great for sunsets though.

Very cool vibe. Rooms were beautiful and loads of little fun details (like a pink pyjamas), pink bikes, basically pink everything. The bed was comfy, the food and cocktails were great and the staff were amazing ? So helpful! Would ? recommend renting the Pinkcoco boat to go snorkelling, a highlight of my 3 week holiday ? ? ?

Not specific to the property but it’s very quiet in the evening, everyone is in bed by 9pm.

Very cozy hotel with modern rooms, great location and excellent client service! The workers are very caring and flexible for you to have the smoothest stay possible. The swimming pool is big and illuminated at night. They have a small library so I could even borrow a book to read during my stay. I had a massage and it was very great; the atmosphere as well as the quality. I would come again!

As much as I likedthe hotel, I wasn’t huge fan of the restaurant … It was okay, really depends on what you want (I loved the pink hummus and homemade bread and jam, but not so much the tiramisu, and the English muffin was dry) so I often went out for food. I would come again!
