Blue Marlin Dive Gili Air

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms/amenities and convenient location on sunset side of Gili Air.

Would be useful to have rails/hooks to hang towels in room.

The rooms where nice and practical. The pool were lovely and we used it a lot. The beachfront area has volleyball, slackline and a restaurant. We didn't go for a swim there because it is not the best areas to swim on the island, but on the other hand the sunset is magical! We rented bikes and just went over to the other side for swimming/snorkeling. We were a family renting four rooms, and it was a great place for us to stay social.My husband is a diver and went on many dives. He said it was great! Would definitely stay here again!

They didnt replace our towels everyday, even though they took the old ones. Had to ask for new a couple of times. Also, they didnt fill up the complimentary water in the room, which is quite normal. The restaurant often didnt have what was on the menu. They offered 3 differnt dishes with fish, but never had fish in the week we were there.

Overall experience was really good, staff, diving, room and facilities.

The included breakfast was a bit limited could have more options.

Service was great. Our main goal was diving and it exceeded our expectations. People were amazingly nice, food was good and the diving was amazing. The beach is just in front the hotel with a lovely view to the other islands. Sunset is amazing there. A bit away from the actual village, but that made it better for us; not so busy.

Very friendly staff, helped with all our queries. The PJ's serves excellent fresh food. Went for the Open Water diving cours, excellent location and our Instructor Fraiser at the Blue Marlin was great.

Cleanliness was good, the location right at the beach, beautiful pool and garden, loved the bungalow

Staff except for one staff member who tooknour luggage to our bungalow rather unfriendly.Didn't feel comfortable around the foreign crew of the diving school hanging around all day. They weren't authentic in their way to be friendly. I rather went to a diving school with locals from Lombok: authentic, not pushy & very knowledgeable.

Stinky in the bathroom

Its location was fabulous and the rooms were comfortable. And if you are a cat lover then even better lol ! Cats everywhere on Gili Air … no dogs :))

Not the fault of the property .. just being wet season the mosquitoes were annoying and hard to keep out of the room.

Only cleaned room twice in 7 days but that may just be a Lombok thing.

Good location by the beach. Amenities are sufficient and pjs serve good food

If you’re planning to dive, theres nowhere more convenient to stay! Was able to walk right out of my room to the meeting place. Great breakfast on the beach, amazing reef for snorkeling 20ft in front, and the whole Blue Marlin team is amazing. Katon is an incredible instructor—can highly recommend him for the open water course!

A great and lovely place during our stay. The place is very clean, comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the location is amazing. It’s further from the harbour but that’s perfect for us because it’s very relaxing. It’s a beachfront and that makes it even better. Everyday we can see a beautiful sunset. Highly recommended!

Such a great hotel! Friendly staff. Quiet, well maintained property, the rooms were adequately appointed & very comfortable. Breakfast & all meals were fresh & to a really great standard & the pool with beachfront location is ideal. Our family loved it!

This was so perfect for me, I did my open water PADI course here with these guys and due to the significant amount of reading I needed to do I spent a fair amount of time hanging out at the pool, their restaurant out front and my room and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to be able to so so quietly but not isolated or alone! Super nice and big nice room, live music and good food out front, I mean it was just ideal! Even had a cute little visitor who joined me in my room one afternoon when I accidently left my door open hehe?

Great swimming pool and direct access to the beach. Room was very clean, in resort standard. No bugs. breakfast was hearty and very good. Beach in front gives amazing sunset views.

Restaurant in the facility was managed by individual owner therefore needed to pay immediately. Accomodation is as addition to scuba diving centre. Very convenient for divers to stay there however if you are not a diver, you might be annoyed by people constantly gathering in the front of the property.
