Next to beach. Nice room. Breakfast. AC. Close to turtle point. Can do snorkeling with lot of fishes and turtles. Can rent bikes.

Full of mosquitoes. Bit far to do the port. 200k to take a taxi horse. Beach has lot of dead choral so better have beach shoes.

The service, breakfast and location was great

The bungalows and rooms need updating. The property is buggy compared to other places nearby. Property may be ok for a night or two but we struggled with a week.

The breakfast at the beach, a big bungalow, very clean.The location is good, in a quiet part sunset part of the island, but not very far from the party zone.

Right next to beach, with the best snorkelling. Super comfy beds with quirky mosquito nets. Lovely staff. Peaceful pleasant surroundings. Loved the large Balinese style bathroom

Sometimes mosquitos got in. But they put insect repellent outside rooms, and had added protection of mosquito nets over bed and outside daybed.

Hotel not clean bad smellin the room and infested by lezard inside the room we canceled our reservation just one hour after arrival

The location, the facilty, the staff, the food, the location.

The cabinet in the bathroom with the mirror is quiet worn out and needs some touch ups. But this is incredibly minor detail. The stay was great! I will recommend this place.

The aircon was not working it is very far from all the bars and restaurants and at the time we were the only people there.

Nice to be near turtle beach. The room has air con. It is a large-sized room. Beach towels provided. It is a budget option so we did expect the facilities to be spartan but...

This venue is more run-down than the pictures. There were lots of mosquitos in the room (even with mosquito net on bed we got bitten a lot) and the sink was broken. The water pipes under the sink were not connected and water was falling onto the floor. When I opened the sink doors loads of mosquitos came out. We told the manager and he said "just don't use the sink" :| And my partner pushed to have it fixed. The guy who came to fix the sink was nice and it was eventually taped up, hopefully it will be fixed in a more permanent way soon. The bed is two twins pushed together so the two small mattresses kept sliding apart and you fall into the middle onto the wood. The location is not fantastic... it's a bit of a bike ride away from restaurants and it is very dark at night to ride that. Maybe it is darker because we were there in February (wet season) and it will be nicer in dry season.

Rooms and facilities could do with a small facelift

I picked this hotel because it has beach access and from what I could tell before arriving was that it is on the quiet side of the island, upon arrival I was glad all this was true! For me, even more important, it had a fully enclosed bathroom!!! This I can tell you is very hard to come by in this part of the world, so I might say this is the shining star about this property. The grounds are very nice. There is quite an amazing little eco system, and I'm sure during the sunny weather, the shady property would be quite welcomed. Of course the staff always makes or breaks a property and they were all quite nice and very helpful but the one who stood out and always went above and beyond was Ekka, he was so kind and we just love his smiling face and upbeat attitude. Overall, despite it being a little rundown I still would recommend this property.

This place is nice enough but could definitely use some updating, new paint everywhere inside and out at the very least, new mosquito nets would be welcomed by all guests and please do something for your hotel to fix up the pool area. The biggest problem is the shower in the room. It would fill up and smell really bad. It is nice that the guys working there are so kind and willing to come and pump it out from the outside and were very apologetic but I felt horrible because I had to ask them to do so almost everyday. Beyond that the music at the beach from the beach bar guys was more often then not a US rapper called Eminem who is known for his angry whining and complaining, it's just a very bad choice for beach music and it made me choose to spend my time elsewhere (any other beach) instead of staying around the beach at my hotel which is the reason for choosing this hotel you know to stay at the hotels beach, stick to the reggae my friends also the beach could be kept up a little better, the trees are nice but definitely need to be trimmed up and the sand could have more upkeep throughout the day.

the owner was friendly and helpful and the bed was big and had a mosquito cover

the bathroom is not enclosed so everytime we entered we got bitten by mosquitoes and surrounded by other bugs. the shower area had a net over it, however this wasn’t installed properly so didn’t keep out any insects and the shower water stayed cold the entire time. the air conditioning kept turning on and off and made really strange noises. also the wifi didn’t work in the room at all

Filthy. Full of bugs dead and alive. Mosquito nets packed with grey dust and mould. Bathroom bench not wiped. Shower floor green with algae. Dark. Dingy. Doors don't seal properly to keep mozzies out. Pool many tiles on floor broken.
