Gili Khayangan Villas

We loved the swimming pool and outside breakfast options.

Location is in the middle of the island and a 10 min walk to the beach. We didn’t mind and if you don’t want to walk you can rent bike.

Great location, some of the greatest staff i ever came across this trip, very polite and welcoming.. Andre, Yadi, Udin, Irfan and Ade made it feel like home and made sure all requests are met quickly and smoothly and helped us with every things we needed to know about the island.. great villa.. calm and clean, might need some maintenance and refurbishing but it is still good for the value and average villas in the island.

Spacious

1. Air conditioning is not working properly, making the room uncomfortable.2. Water supply is inconsistent—sometimes there is water, sometimes not.3. The main gate has no lock, raising serious security concerns. Even though the pic mentioned there will be a security guard on duty outside of the villa.I have already informed the villa’s pic, but they have not resolved these problems especially the air-conditioning. Given that tomorrow is Raya, I am concerned that no action will be taken. These issues significantly affect my comfort and safety, and I believe they do not align with the property description on Booking.com.

Swimming pool is beatuful, open kitchen, rooms are pretty clean. Personnel was very polite and helpful.

Maybe needed renovation, but it’s definetely value in money.

Location was great and the separate bedrooms provided great privacy and comfort. The Manager (and staff) was simply amazing - attentive to our needs and nothing was too difficult to provide as a service!

Breakfast was the best we have had in LombokVery quiet at night.

Was away from the beach, but there is bike hire right next door, so very easy to get around kn the bikes.

Location very good, typical island resort with a private pool. Rental bike useful to discover the island.Reception team have been very kind and all they wanted were our comfort so we never forgot that we are in tiny island and not easy to have things with ease. I recommend this villa 100%.

Lovely villa. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful.

The staff at Khayangan were so kind. They took our bikes back to the rental stall for us as we had to take our suitcases to the boat and would have had to otherwise walk for three trips total! Much appreciated!

Very clean villa , all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Made our stay pleasant our pool was big in our 3 bedroom villa.

The staff were so helpful and attentive during our stay. They went above and beyond with anything that we needed. The villa was extremely quiet and peaceful and was located perfectly - just a short cycle to both sides of the island.

We loved our privacy and the space this villa had. The beds were so superb comfy it made it difficult to get out of it in the morning.

Staff war very helpful. Yadi answered all questions, gave us a map, marked some points of interest and told us something about the island. It was very helpful and kind (thanks Yadi for all the services and your professional approach). Breakfast was good (you can book a time and they will bring breakfast to the villa). The villa was clean, the pool was great. We could refill the water at any time, there was always someone at the reception. All 4 of us felt very good. The location of the Villa is great, in the middle between the east and west beaches.

Amazing staff, so helpful and very attentive!Some of the previous comments have clearly been addressed and we could find no fault with the place. Location is right in the middle of the island, ideal for getting to either coast (main strip one way, sunset beach the other), less than 5 minutes to either cost by bike which you can rent next door.

The path to the beaches is a bumpy dirt path, was fine for us but something to bear in mind.

we did not take breakfast at the place, because looking at the kitchen, we did not trust the safety of the food

the place could use an upgrade. showers broken, tiles bathroom broken. Dirty room. no fridge or a hairdryer in the room as described in the room facilities

Friendliest and loveliest staff, so helpful! The rooms and pool areas were clean, the breakfast was also really good.

The hotel was a bit out of the centre but the bike rental next door was really helpful, once you are used to the path it’s only a 10 min bike journey to the bars / restaurants. One night the pump in the pool was really noisy so had to wear ear plugs, but the second night this was not an issue.

Everything about our stay was excellent!The location was perfect, almost exactly halfway between the sunset beach and the strip, along the main road. The villa itself was 10/10. The rooms were large, clean and well air-conditioned. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was exceptional as well.The staff were friendly and reception was on hand at all times to organize activities on the island, such as snorkeling and visiting the other islands. Would highly recommend this Villa to anyone staying on Gili T.
