Bintang Darmawan Villa (BDV)

Missing amenities in the room. It was just a room. No water bottle, or kettle or anything. I've booked two rooms, for one those things were there but for other just a blank room.

I stayed for two nights and overall had a good experience. The room was comfortable and everything went smoothly. The only downside was a slight smell of dampness, but it didn’t affect my stay too much.

Friendly staff. It’s about 10 min walk to main road or you can rent a bike to get around. They can do laundry on-site. WiFi and AC in rooms

Close to a mosque so can hear the prayer during the day and around 3am every night.

Nice room, very big and comfortable bed with great air con, swimming pool was a nice bonus. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean.

The location wasn't great and breakfast was ok, not great to only have nescafe in the morning. TV didn't work and many rooms were closed due to maintenance so the place was empty which made the atmosphere very eerie.

Really good location, 10 minute walk from main centre. Rooms were standard kind of rooms but very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Staff was super friendly and we even got a room upgrade for one of the rooms. Shared pool, good location. We could borrow beach towels.

Pleasant place to stay. We stayed here for 3 nights we were out most of the day. Staff were lovely

Very noisy place to stay you can hear everyone in the other rooms. Not much hot water in showers. TV didn’t work.

The staff was great, they helped us in all the requests we had, always super nice

Unfortunately the bed sheets had stains and the bathroom was smelling very bad

Accommodation was walking distance from all the main spots, plus far enough from all the beach music that plays late into the night so you don’t hear it.Staff were very nice Room was spacious, clean and had a comfy bed

Staff were so friendly and fun!! Always smiling and helped us with bikes and laundry. Really lovely people. Room was nice and big. Nice bathroom and comfy bed. Also so quiet could barely hear the mosque.

The TVs sound was broken. We didn’t actually report this at the time because we were really watching tv but just an fyi to mention it. That was only our room too!

room wasn’t the cleanest but not a massive problem. Not the hotels fault but mosque is loud in the morning, think it’s the same all over the island.

fresh renovation. the water is not salty. good water pressure. hot water. good internet quality.

no refrigerator. no chair or desk. unable to work remotely. During the day it is very noisy due to goats, roosters and the mosque.

Convenient location about 5-10 mins walk from the Port to arrive / leave from with ferries. Bed very comfortable & clean, bathroom could be a tad cleaner. Staff very friendly and helpful - special shoutout to the staff member who serviced our malfunctioning aircon in the spot - we couldn’t be more impressed!

Slightly less clean & nice than looking in photos but overall alright value for money depending on what you’re after.

There never was enough room for parking bike, also the room was a little dirty, and room dark.

We would definitely come back. Really good value for the price. Really kind staff that speaks English well! Room is clean, good shower, A/C works very well, pool as well!
