-Quite new hotel, clean and nicely designed rooms with new furniture-Nice sea view from all the rooms-Nice beach in front of the hotel for swimming (although waves can be pretty strong, swimming not always possible)-Friendly and helpful staff despite language barriers (see below)

-None of the staff spoke english, so communication was a bit hard. They gave its best and we somehow made it work with Google translator, but for a hotel at that price and with a lot of foreign tourists, at least one english-speaking staff member should be expected-Few sunbeds for the beach available, almost all of them with no space in between and no shade. Although the space is limited, I think it could have been used better, so that guests can lie more comfortably and with more pivacy at the beachfront.-Some more things that don't resonate with price of the hotel: e.g. there was neither a physical menu card for dinner, nor a QR-code. The menu was on a text file on the phone of a staff member and needed to be shown every time through the phone. Also there was no room cleaning or towel changing in my 5 nights there. -Breakfast was nice, but always the same. Coffe/Tea, Fruits, toast with 1 marmelade and omelette with sausage. Again, at that hotel price more variation can be expected.-Waste management consists of throwing the waste over the wall to neighbouring property and burning it. Not good for the environment and not nice for the guests

Clean and comfortable spacious suites with incredible ocean views. Hear the waves as you sleep.

The sea view, the amazing bathroom with the bathtub in the suite. The owner was always there for us.
