    • Very good property nice location at the time we arrived. The price was good. I hope it’s going to be the same thing when we reserve again in the summertime thank you.
    • The staff and grocery store were all good
    • It felt like a home away from home. Our unit was very nice and close to a children's play area. The small store on the premises was convenient for foodstuff and supplies.

    Cons -

    • Very good property very nice organ gated community, which is
    • The only thing that i did not like that you have to go the security gate to get food if you order from outside it would good to have delivery to the reception the second thing is to have a Disney store to send our Disney punches their and collect them
    • Not allowing Ubereats riders on the premises - having to meet them at the gate.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott's Village d'Ile-de-France. The property stands out for its beautiful architecture, both inside and out. The design feels thoughtful and cozy, which made the whole atmosphere calm and inviting. We stayed in one of the villas, and the space was impressive. The layout was comfortable, and it gave our family plenty of room to relax. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which added a warm and welcoming touch. We also appreciated the shuttle service to Disneyland. It was always on time and very convenient, making the trip back and forth smooth and stress-free.Overall, the experience was memorable, and we would gladly return.

The breakfast is good, but it could be better.

Close to Disney and very family-friendly. They also offer shuttle services to Disneyland

The furniture and TVs are outdated. Providing golf-cart shuttles would be helpful, especially for elderly guests. Restaurant options are limited, and delivery services are not allowed inside the resort—you have to walk to the gate to pick up your order. There is no complimentary water, and the coffee is not refilled. Additionally, the on-site supermarket is quite expensive.

near disney land was a plus! & the natural beauty of the property

when i request some service like tea in my villa they say come get it because there’s no one to bring it up to you… i know it’s a villa type of property but marriott’s is a big name we should get a hotel experience even in a villa style.

The view and how the house views

The timing of check out too early and not fixable for more time , they give short time

    Location and family friendly experience

The location and family friendly experience was the only good things about the place, our first townhouse was infested by wasps for three days after which they changed our townhouse to another. The barely clean the townhouse and only change sheets and towels, the marketplace is overpriced and is worst place to do groceries as they charge ridiculous prices. No life guards at the pools, dirty curtains and dust everywhere in the townhouses. Be wary that they insisted we check out at 10am and they wouldn’t give us any extra late checkout time. Two out of 6 encounters were friendly and the other encounters were rude.

It’s great place for families and has a lot of facilities, kids loved the swimming pool, riding bicycles and the supermarket in the resort. Everything we need available in the villa.

The villa is little bit old and needs maintenance.

    8WafaPosted on: 9-3-2025

The staff were incredible, location is good, the local market offers good variety of food..

Room service food was not up to the level and very poor and very small portion, lobby and town houses needs new furniture

    9remcoPosted on: 8-25-2025

Spacious villas, nice terrain and pool

It felt like there weren’t a lot of people… at top high season. On the one end that is great so it was easy to use all services on the other hand it felt a bit weird. That is probably due to everyone being in the theme park and Paris.

    1) Only 10 min ride to Disney by hotel shuttle 2) spacious villa and facilities very complete 3) our villa is by the golf club with abundant greens and also next to the resort garden with lake, fountain, ducks… my girl loves it 4) resort also only 10 min walk to the town center where we can shop in carrefour for daily needs and good baguette ? 5) resort also has a small supermarket run until midnight (at least our experience) where we can stock up 6) reception counter staff is patient and helpful in explaining

    1) the filter coffee maker is very difficult to operate. It will be nice if Nespresso is available

The staff , the location, The a mount of activities for the children.

If your villa is far then getting around the resort is difficult Especially if you have infants , elderly or anyone who needs assistance with you.Cleanliness level.

    Everything except the receptionist

Dear [Hotel Name] Management,I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at your resort while trying to finalize a booking for a villa for six adults and two children (ages 4 and 9).While I understand and respect your accommodation policies, I was surprised to learn that you required us to book a separate apartment just for the two children, which initially seemed unreasonable. In response, I considered booking a nearby hotel instead for part of our group. However, what was truly upsetting was the behavior of your receptionist during this process. In front of other guests, he bluntly stated:“I know you’re going to book another hotel because it’s 80% cheaper than ours, but trust me, you won’t be able to enter the resort to sit or visit your family here.”This statement was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role.Such treatment left a very negative impression on what should have been a welcoming and respectful environment, especially for families. I sincerely hope this is not reflective of the values your resort stands for.I kindly request that you look into this matter seriously and ensure appropriate action is taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. A respectful and courteous approach should always be expected from your staff, regardless of booking decisions.Thank you for your time and attention.Sincerely,Nasser Alshabib

The hotel so old and not clean at all and the staff not helpful

Too much dirty and no service at all for clean and staff not helpful Not recommended any one to stay there so old

The activities and the spacious villas are something my family and I liked. Also how it was close to Disney Land is an advantage.

The checkout time is 10 am which is not really something I liked. Most hotels and resorts are 12 pm and some are 2 pm! 10 am was too much to handle! I’m in a holiday and I need to get enough sleep! The food at their restaurant also isn’t good and when you order uber eats they make you go to the main gate to get it. It’s like they want to force you to eat at their restaurant!!
