Staycity Aparthotels near Disneyland Paris

Location

Cleanliness, Spider webs everywhere. Dust everywhere, staff was overwhelmed and did nothing to help.

Hospitality, kindness, location, cleanliness

Very clean Staff very nice and helpful

Beds not comfortable especially the sofa bed Shuttle bus timing to Disney not convenient, no busses between 11am to 4pm which is not convenient, that was explained by staff however still not convenient

Fantastic location, we had 9 in our group and had five bedrooms. Nice house quiet location good breakfast. Regular bus to and from Disney.

Nothing really perfect for us all.

Excellent location. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Minor issues with appliances.

Friendly staff, bus transfers were easy (we had 9 and a wheelchair user- wonderful accommodations and no problem getting on/off bus to Disney). Pool area was wonderful. Villa was clean and spacious.

Getting used to the key cards to turn on/off lights was interesting.

Clean, friendly and comfortable. The breakfast was more than expected and the staff went out of their way. Shuttle to Disney and the train to Paris is the same. Always on time and convenient.

No complaints

Staff was great. Liked the pool, and shuttle. Like the snack bar. Gave plenty of towels

Na

Very nice property clean and has everything you need. Swim pool was very nice. The staff was excellent and always willing to help you. It is near disneyland and the bus can transfer you in 10 minutes only

Nothing. Everything perfect

The apartment was very spacious and all rooms were equipped with everything you need. The parking spaces were very spacious and suitable for large cars.

The hotel is almost in isolated area and you might need a car. The hotel is 15 min from Disneyland. The cleaning service is not free and quit expensive.

The location was excellent, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Sara, in particular, was exceptionally helpful and courteous her assistance significantly enhanced the overall quality of our stay

We could not use the swimming pool but the views from the window were amazing. The bus to Disneyland is. Good deal and they respect the schedule, it takes around 10-15 mins to arrive, the latest is around 00.20 which is nice to stay for the night event and still have some time. Breakfast is complete, classical continental. The bar and the snack shop are nice to have. The room was all clean except for the floor, we told them, along with a couple requests that they attended correctly. There is an iron and hair dryer. The main bed was very comfortable.

The bus stops around noon and after lunch for a couple of hours which makes it difficult to come back to rest, the first also leaves at 8.30, watch out for early events such as breakfast booked in the park (Auberge Cendrilion or similar). The bed sofa was a bit uncomfortable although good enough for a light child. I missed hair conditioner. The prices of the shop are really expensive, eg. 1L milk was more than 5 eur.

5 Bed Villa was amazing and beds very comfortable

The sofas in the lounge were very uncomfortable so nowhere to relax as a family in a night

Nice location with regular free bus trips to Disney land. Very nice villa, clean and well furnished. Good housekeeping and staff.

Location and Shuttle bus to Disney parks. Bathroom for every bedroom, lots of large towels, swimming pool. Breakfast was good.

very hard mattresses, very dirty dishwasher, filter wasn't cleaned for ages, it wasn't fixed after complaining. Cleaning could be better. No options for diner

the staff was the best, specially mr. aminul, and the algerian guy i forgot his name, usually in the night shift, i booked here twice at the same month, once i booked a villa, and once a room, and both experiances were just amazing

very smooth hotel from check in to check out. i have done online check in when i reached the hotel it took me 30 seconds to get my room keys. room are very big me and family will definitely come back again.

Pleasant

Family Room was too Small for a family of 4, breakfast wasn’t much varieties for childrens and vegetarian. Bread quality wasn’t to top quality/dry

The location was great, really close to the parks with a regular free shuttle! Really helped

The shower would go very hot to very cold, couldn’t quite get it right, but wasn’t a massive issue

Staff members were so lovely. The room was huge and the facilities were great. We only stayed for 1 night but could easily have spent a lot longer here.
