Cons -
- the room was very dark. The lights were terrible, so to get any light you had to leave the blackout curtain open, which bothered me because the windows faced the hallway where people were walking all the time, which made me feel unsafe. There was tea/coffee available in the room, but only paper cups. There was no real cup. The kettle was old and broken. The do not disturb sign didn't stop at the outside door, so the housekeeper tried to enter the room 3 times while I was there. There were times when the room smelled a lot of cigarette smoke, which I hate since I'm not a smoker. I found the staff a bit lost. They had trouble checking me in and apparently checking me out too
- The bed was too firm, so it was difficult to sleep.
