How close in proximity It's to the airport

I could not use my hair accessories tools at hotel even though I had an adapter.

Location and staff.

A bit tired decor in the hallway and room.

It was very convenient to the tram line to the airport... the shuttle bus stops running far too early, so the tram line is a good thing!!

Hotels bars are usually on the expensive side... this one thinks its the classiest hotel bar in the finest part of the city -- their pricing is beyond outrageous -- AND -- the person staffing the bar had like zero experience and zero training!!

The hotel is very close to a tram that will take you to the airport, and beyond. A train station that will give you easy access to Paris is just one tram stop in the other direction. The restaurant food is really good for a place at this price point.

Overall - a pretty decent place. I have no specific dislikes.

Easy friendly next to the airport and fee shuttle

easy location, quiet, perfect for short stays for airport layovers!

shuttle bus did not pickup in front of lobby. Need a map for exact location as instructions were not clear.

- Variety of choices on breakfast- Good soundproof (I could not hear airplane noise)- Free shuttle bus (departs between Mercure and Ibis hotel, and arrives in front of the Orly airport terminal 2 where one can go to terminal 1 or 3 inside the building, takes about 5 minutes, shuttle bus on every 20 minutes)- Fast checkout (one can just leave the key in the return box at the reception)

The whole property and room smelled HEAVILY of smoke and the tv didn’t work properly, bathroom had mold in it as well. For €200 it was insanely overpriced

Dirty, smelly, and one tiny pillow, just no where worth the cost

Last shuttle to orly is 10:10am and does not resume until 6:00pm. Also you need to walk to the Ibis hotel to catch this shuttle.

Very nice and clean. The food was good.

It was very hard to find it once we landed at the Orly airport in Paris. The hotel was only 7 minutes away. It took us 1.5 hours to find a shuttle or a tram to get there. Out calls to the airport were left unanswered.

Very cheerful roomy hotel suitable for traveling stopovers at Orly Airport. friendly staff clean and safe. lots of families. Brand new facility.

A little far from Airport. Tram ride is necessary. their pick up at airport is not available all the time. Otherwise all good. No ither faxilitis nearby like restaurants or stores.

Shuttle service for airport came to the hotel next door - never stopped at the bus stop as we were told

The breakfast and it was near everything but on train

The room is not very clean and carpet smells bad and finally is very tight

The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was super helpful with anything we needed, including helping with sterilizing baby bottles at night. Very good choice for a night before a flight
