Very good customer service, there's a guy at the reception (tall) very friendly guy

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed via message that the reception would be unattended, and I should utilize the automated check-in system. Unfortunately, it was not functioning, so I contacted the service desk. They provided a code and room number. Upon entering the room using the code, we discovered it was already occupied. After another call, someone was sent to investigate, and we were assigned a different room. Regrettably, the room did not meet the standards depicted in the photographs, as it was neither clean nor spacious, with a small shower and WC. Consequently, we departed the following day, three days earlier than our scheduled stay, and arranged for accommodation elsewhere.I would not advise staying at this hotel.

Good

To enter the parking lot, you must first check in at the machine at the entrance, there was no staff. The two waiting areas outside the entrance were occupied. We were waiting for three cars to check in in the rain, closing the sidewalk and bike path.

Superb

The aircondition. We just open the window on our entire stay despite the noise outside.

No receptionist was available after 11 pm. This made things a little challenging because I had to book an early morning taxi and everything is in French

Simple but efficient breakfast. Building is a little old but good location to visit the city. Almost next to tramway. Parking is easy. At this price you can't get better.

Stairs to medzanine needs spécial attention. Tight room area. Do not expect large spaces. Very basic but surely functional. İt's Paris

The property was clean, calm but staff didnt was friendly . Room space was small without eny facilities.

No one was there to check me in & my booking number wouldn’t work. It took me two hours to finally get inside my hotel room.

The room was better then the rooms you can find in the fanciest neighbourhoods in Paris but wasn't so clean as it should. The Sheets and the pillow cover had some marks on them as if they've been use before.

The cleaning

Clean if basic accommodation. Great value for money, accessible next to tram stop and a great little bakery

Fairly small rooms, slight smell of cigarette smoke in ours, and air con made dripping noises all night

The hotel offers free parking. It is very close to the tram station. It is convenient if you drive to Paris but plan to use public transportation while you are there.

It is quite dated . The A/C does not work very well not the hot summer night.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Only a Continental breakfast available

1. The bathroom is very tiny and do not seem to follow any city code.Space around the Toilet is very very limited and it is not possible to even sit straight even for an short /average built personShower has no full door or curtain and sprays all around the floor causing it a slip hazard.2. Reaching the bedroom in mezzanine floor in the family room is very risky since the stairs are very narrow and results in slipping while coming down the stairs.

Comfy bed

Dirty rooms, smell of cigarettes everywhere, very basics and limited breakfast

It is a practical place, if you to need to have a stopover. The room for 3 is ok, comfortable beds. Easy electronic checkin at the automat just next to the front door.

Breakfast was a bit on a small side.

There's a parking available and the location is great

The air-conditioning didn't work the room was too hot, and there's too much car and tramway noise outside so it's important to sleep with the window open, I sent a message to the staff through the booking app at 15h asked to change the room no one answered...

Free parking is bonus, beds are small. We received a baby bed but without mattress. So it was not comfortable for our ba

i was refused entry to the room i had booked for each night i tried to stay. i was then charged £50 on my bank account (

Calm and property

The access to the hotel. I had a problem with the booking number even if it was valid. I had help from the assistance. The problem has been solved quickly, in less than 5 minutes.

The cleanliness of the room and the location. The Receptionist who was on duty on 28th December 2023 evening was very very kind and helpful. He should be admired at and rewarded. He is a gem of a person.

Could have had the facility to keep the luggage after check out.
