Helpful staff and reasonably priced breakfast. Three of us shared one large room and were all very satisfied.

Located two stops after Metro so had to buy a second ticket for Tram.

The staff was friendly and helpfulbreakfast buffet was pretty good for the cost

Some of the carpets had a strong odor especially in the hallways Would definitely suggest you ask for a room with wood flooring if you have allergies

The hotel is no different from Ibis Budget Chevilly Tram 7.There was no drinking water available in the rooms,and the cleanliness was not good.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff lacked warmth and did not offer assistance with my suitcases, even though I was traveling with an infant. Additionally, the elevator was out of service for over half a day, which made moving around the hotel particularly challenging. To make matters worse, there was no way to contact the reception directly from the room, which was inconvenient and frustrating.

I have not been there because I needed a different room or an additional room. They have been very slow and unfriendly on their part. I’ve attempted to cancel the reservation many times without success. My email sent to the address they indicated has never been returned. I’m 100% frustrated.

The reception staff was not responsive at all.

Really clean, wonderful bed, good breakfast, helpful personal and if you need to leave Paris from Orly airport is a good place to stay inn

In the past, about 2 years ago, they offered much better breakfast, coffee was terrible. The bar did not offer a cup of coffee or tea let alone the cocktails or other drinks. The vendor machine was also almost empty. We were not able to purchase a bottle of water. The rooms and the building need some maintenace and renovation.

The staff was amazing and helpful specially the lady called Binta and the other staff that I did not remember the name

Bed is not comfy Bathroom No ventilation at all Lighs is not working properly There are no sockets for the phone and to be plugged off from tv use to charge the phone. Room too cold. No cleaan.Break fast, not selection at all. No worth for money.

Breakfast. You should organize it better. Let people come in groups. We were coming at 9 and there was no bread even….. :(

I think there should be some vegetables like cucumber, tomato, paprika...The hard-boiled eggs should already be there for us to pick up. Sometimes I had to wait there for a few minutes for my eggs to cook. The bread should have a bit more choice. We even had some good options. But they quickly ended.But it was certainly a wonderful breakfast.These are only constructive suggestions to make the breakfast better.

The room was very small and we could hardly walk around it.

Totally waste of money

Everything was rubish . Night staff was not good specially the girl at reception. Light are not working in the room . It was not expected as shown in the picture..

Easy check in and check out. We were allowed to check in slightly earlier then expected which was great.

There was no kettle or cup in the room even though on the website said we should have one. Would be much better if staff at reception would speak a bit of English.

Internet was horrible ..Room service not charged my bed cover everyday just clean toilet that’s all …in room light was not work they not change it too ..basin water not pass faster
